Black Eyed Child returns to haunt Cannock Chase - «الطفلة ذات العيون السوداء» تظهر من جديد في بريطانيا

ثمة تحقيقات مكثفة تجرى حاليًا في مدينة كانوك تشيس، بعد شيوع أنباء عن عودة «الفتاة ذات العيون السود»، حيث لا يوجد بعينيها أي بياض، أو القزحية كما تجرى التسمية العلمية، حسب الصحيفة.

وأضافت الصحيفة أن «الفتاة ذات العيون السوداء» ظهرت قبل 30 عامًا من الآن، وأثارت اهتمام العالم كله، ليعود شبحها من جديد ويثير ذعر سكان المدينة الإنجليزية.

وأوضحت الصحيفة أن الفتاة التي رأها البعض بالمدينة تتطابق مواصفاتها مع الفتاة التي ظهرت خلال عقد الثمانينيات، لافتة إلى ما جاء على لسان الصحفي ليي بريكلي المهتم بالكتابة عن الظواهر الغريبة وغير المألوفة، حيث قال أن أحد اصدقائه أخبره برؤيته للفتاة.

وعن قصة الفتاة قبل 30 عامًا يقول «بريكلي»: «في صيف 1982 كانت عمتي تخرج للتنزه مع صديقتها في كانوك تشيس، كحال كل الفتيات الآن، وكان عمرها حينها 16 سنة، وفي إحدى الليالي سمعت أصوات مرعبة وصرخات متكررة فيما بدا وكان فتاة صغيرة تستغيث، فتلفتت حولها لتعرف مصدر الصوت واصطدمت بممر ملئ بالقاذورات وفي نهايته فتاة عمرها حوالي ست سنوات تجري في الاتجاه المعاكس، فوجدت فتاة لا يتعدى عمرها 6 أعوام، وحين حاولت الاقتراب منها نظرت الفتاة لها في عينها لتجد عمتي أن الفتاة عينيها سوداء تمامًا لا بياض بهما، ثم فرت هاربة واختفت عن الأنظار».

وأردف «بريكلي» أنه على الرغم من تحقيقات الشرطة العديدة بعد تعرض آخرين للواقعة، فإن أي منها لم يفضي لأى معلومات تفسر حقيقة الفتاة.

وأوضح «بريكلي» أن ظاهرة الفتاة ذات العيون السود موجودة في بلدان مختلفة حول العالم، مشيرًا أن هناك مجموعات من هؤلاء الأطفال الذين يعيشون معًا ويطرقون أبواب ضحاياهم يسألونهم السماح لهم بالدخول إلى منازلهم.

A leading paranormal investigator has scoured a Staffordshire beauty spot following chilling sightings of a spectre known locally as The Black Eyed Child.

Lee Brickley launched an in-depth investigation of Cannock Chase after reports that the ghoulish apparition has returned to the sprawling heathland.

The child was last spotted 30 years ago, sparking worldwide interest – and is today a cult internet sensation.

Latest descriptions of the girl, who has coal-black pits for eye sockets, are identical to those chronicled in the early 1980s.

Lee, author of books about the paranormal, was stunned recently when he received a new eye-witness account of the Black Eyed Child.

Alerted by what sounded like screams, a shocked woman came across the wandering, sightless spectre while walking Birches Valley.

“We instantly started running towards the noise,” she said. “We couldn’t find the child anywhere and so stopped to catch our breath.

“That’s when I turned round and saw a girl stood behind me, no more than 10 years old, with her hands over her eyes".

“It was as if she was waiting for a birthday cake.

“I asked if she was OK and if she had been the one screaming. She put her arms down by her side and opened her eyes.

“That’s when I saw they were completely black, no iris, no white, nothing.

“I jumped back and grabbed my daughter. When I looked again, the child was gone. It was so strange.”

On his paranormal website, Lee, 28 and himself from Cannock, said the woman’s experience mirrors the earlier sighting.

“In the summer of 1982, my aunt was 18 years old, and she and her friends would often meet on Cannock Chase in the evening time, probably in much the same way many teenagers still do today.

“One evening, just before dark, she heard a little girl frantically shouting for help. Rushing to locate the sound, she stumbled upon a dirt track and caught sight of the girl, about six years old running in the opposite direction.

“When my aunt caught up, the girl turned around and looked her in the eyes, and then ran off into the dark woodland. Her eyes had been completely black with no trace of white.

“There was a police search but to no avail. At the time, no-one had any reason to believe anything paranormal was going on. The girl certainly appeared to be of flesh and blood.”

There have been similar sightings of Black Eyed Children around the world.

“Some people believe them to be extra-terrestrials, vampires or ghosts,” said Lee. “But there is one big difference between the sightings around the world and the stories coming out of Cannock Chase.

“Only on Cannock Chase do the sightings consistently happen during the daytime.

“In the US many reports suggest that black-eyed children often appear in groups, regularly knocking at the door of unknowing victims and asking quietly if they may come inside.”

وأكد مصدر بهيئة قناة السويس، أن الفريق مهاب مميش، طالب بفتح التحقيق في واقعة التصادم، لمعرفة أسباب الاصطدام، خاصة أن هناك مرشدين يقومون بإرشاد السفن العابرة داخل المجرى الملاحي للقناة.

Twenty-year-old Lara Debbane has been crowned Miss Egypt 2014 in a ceremony that took place in Cairo on Friday.

The pageant, hosted at the Sofitel Cairo El Gezira hotel, resumed after a three-year break following the unrest that ensued a 2011 uprising that toppled then President Hosni Mubarak.

Debbane was amongst 18 finalists chosen to compete for the crown following pre-final contest that was held in Sharm el-Sheikh on Sept. 20.

A strongly worded statement from Egypt to «Erdogan» - بيان شديد اللهجة من مصر إلى «أردوغان»

أدانت وزارة الخارجية ما جاء في الكلمة التي ألقاها الرئيس التركى رجب طيب أردوغان، أمام المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي، الأحد، واعتبرته «استمرار لمسلسل الشطط والأكاذيب التي يرددها الرئيس التركي أردوغان حول الأوضاع في مصر».

وذكرت وزارة الخارجية، في بيان رسمي، أنها إذ تجدد استنكارها الشديد لهذه الأكاذيب من جانب الرئيس التركي، فإنها تؤكد أن المُتابع للشأن الداخلي في تركيا خلال الأعوام الإثنتي عشر الأخيرة يخلص إلى نتيجة طبيعية مفادها أن السيد أردوغان، الذي يدعي أنه راع للديمقراطية والمدافع عن ثورات الربيع العربي ـ ممارساته وسجله الداخلي خلال هذه الأعوام بعيد كل البعد عن الديمقراطية الحقيقية، ومن ثم فإنه ليس في وضع يسمح له بإعطاء الدروس لنا بشأن الديمقراطية واحترام حقوق الإنسان ولا ينصب نفسه وصياً عليها.

وأضافت: «واقع الأمور في تركيا يشير إلى أنه رغم بقاء أردوغان في السلطة لأعوام طويلة كرئيس للوزراء، فإنه لم يتردد عن تغيير النظام السياسي للدولة من النظام البرلماني إلى النظام شبه الرئاسي وتغيير الدستور التركي حتى يستمر في السلطة لعشر أعوام قادمة، وهو ما لا يمكن وصفه بالسلوك الديمقراطي، خاصة في ظل الممارسات التي انتهجها خلال الأعوام الماضية سواء من خلال فرض قيود على حرية الرأي والتعبير والتجمع واستخدام القوة المفرطة في التعامل مع النشطاء السياسيين والمتظاهرين السلميين، بل ووصل به الحد إلى إغلاق موقع (تويتر) في تحد سافر لأبسط قواعد احترام حرية الرأي، يضاف إلى ذلك القيود الشديدة التي يفرضها نظامه على حرية الصحافة والملاحقة القضائية والأحكام المتعددة ضد الكتاب والصحفيين، والتمييز ضد الأكراد، وتدخله المتكرر في أعمال القضاء الذي ينظر قضايا الفساد، واحتجاز المواطنين بدون تهم لفترات طويلة، وهي أمور ترصدها وتؤكدها تقارير منظمات دولية وإقليمية لسجل حقوق الإنسان في تركيا مثل الاتحاد الأوروبي».

وتابعت: «ولا شك أن هذه الانتهاكات المستمرة والممنهجة والممارسات غير الديمقراطية تُفقد الرئيس التركي أي مُبرر أخلاقي أو سياسي للتشدق بالدفاع عن الديمقراطية، كما أن ذلك يعكس منظور أردوغان، الإيديولوجي الضيق الذي يرتبط بتوجهاته الفكرية وطموحاته الشخصية وأوهام استعادة الخلافة العثمانية بعيداً عن المصالح الوطنية لبلاده وشعبه».

وأدانت مصر بكل شدة تهجم الجانب التركي على دولة الإمارات العربية الشقيقة، وتعتبر ذلك تهجماً على سائر الدول العربية وتؤكد رفضها لذلك.

وأوضحت: «إذا كان أردوغان يُمارس استبداده السياسي الداخلي ولا يكف عن دس أنفه في الشأن الداخلي للدول الأخرى فإنه لم يكتف بذلك بل تجاوزه من خلال دعم جماعات وتنظيمات إرهابية سواء بالتأييد السياسي أو التمويل أو الإيواء لبث الفوضى والإضرار بمصالح شعوب المنطقة، وهو ما تؤكده المعلومات والتقديرات المختلفة واتصالاته المباشرة مع تنظيمات في ليبيا وسوريا والعراق وغيرها، وهو أمر لا يتعين السكوت عنه أو التهاون معه من جانب الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي لما يمثله ذلك من تهديد للأمن والسلم الدوليين».

وأضافت أنه وإذا كانت مصر تحرص على التمييز بين مواقف القيادة التركية التي أقل ما توصف بأنها مواقف متدنية وتتسم بالرعونة وتنتهك التقاليد والأعراف الدولية وتتطلب تكاتف المجتمع الدولي لتصويبها، وبين العلاقة التاريخية وروابط الدم التي تجمع الشعب المصري بالشعب التركي الصديق، فإنها تنصح أردوغان بأن يلتفت إلى شأنه الداخلي لإصلاح سلوكه الشخصي المستبد وتحسين سجله السيئ في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وذلك قبل أن ينبري بدس أنفه في شؤون الآخرين وينصب نفسه وصياً على الديمقراطية ومدافعاً عنها، وهو أبعد كل البعد عن مبادئها وقيمها.

Erdoğan UN Speech Inflicts Deep Wound in Turkey-Egypt Relations

The destructive speech of President Tayyip Erdoğan's towards the Egyptian government at the UN General Assembly has led to harsh criticism in Turkish opposition circles.

Erdoğan, who questioned the legitimacy of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, said "If we will defend those who come to power not with democracy, but with a coup, then I wonder why this UN exists."

The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs had cancelled the meeting with Turkey after Turkish President Erdoğan’s strongly worded criticism against Egypt amongst others at the UN General Assembly. The MPs of the External Relations Committee of the Turkish Parliament stressed that insulting the legitimate leader of one of the most important countries of the region is both inappropriate and wrong. MPs also emphasized that the behavior of President Erdoğan has led to a further regression in the relations between Ankara and Cairo.

‘Is it Turkey's business to support Morsi?’

The CHP MP for Mersin Aytuğ Atıcı who emphasized on the inconsistent moves of President Erdoğan in terms of foreign policy said "The right thing is to maintain relations with Egypt. Turkey currently has no diplomatic relations with Egypt, Israel and Syria. Intervening in the domestic policy of Egypt was already not correct. Unfortunately, Turkey intervened in the internal affairs of Egypt and supported Morsi. Is it Turkey's business to support Morsi? Erdoğan's sole purpose of supporting Morsi is sectarianism. Of course, Turkey should have an ambassador in Egypt and our relationship should continue. The situation that Turkey is experiencing in the foreign policy saddens us"

‘Inappropriate and wrong’

The CHP MP for Adana Faruk Loğoğlu stated that President Erdoğan's manner on bullying Egyptian officials is completely inappropriate, adding "The relationship between Turkey and Egypt had already hit the bottom, however, his recent words caused a deep indignation not only in the eyes of public but also management. President Erdoğan's behavior in the UN General Assembly is very annoying. If you attempt to insult the administration of one of the most important countries of the region amongst others, the majority would think that this is completely inappropriate and wrong. The behavior of President Erdoğan has led to a further regression in the relations between Ankara and Cairo."

The Workers' Party (Turkey): ‘We need to improve relations between the two countries’

President of the Workers' Party International Relations Bureau Yunus Soner said the following in his statement regarding the issue: "The Egyptian people and the state want to improve their relations with Turkey. The correspondent of the Egyptian official news agency MENA who applied to our opinion in the context of the related crisis also stressed this. Today our mission regarding the security issues in our region and against the economic crisis is to repair the relationship between these two powerful countries of the West Asia without paying attention to Erdoğan's statements and the debates on the so-called coup which has currently no meaning. The Workers' Party, which opened a representative office in Egypt, will play a leading role in this task."

حضر الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي، حفل تكريم أوائل الجامعات المصرية التى نظمته وزارة التعليم العالى بقاعة الاحتفالات الكبرى بجامعة القاهرة، مساء اليوم الأحد. 

وبعد أن قلد السيسي المتفوقين أنواط التفوق، ألقى كلمة بدأها بتوجيه التحية لمن شيدوا جامعة القاهرة، وقال: "أتمنى فى يوم من الأيام أن تحتل جامعة القاهرة، وكل جامعات مصر مقدمة الترتيب العالمى للجامعات"، وقال: لن يتم هذا إلا بفضل "سيدى المعلم وسيدتى المعلمة"، مشيرًا إلى أن المعلم والمعلمة هما اللذان سيحققان هذا الإنجاز مع أبنائنا وبناتنا، ووجه التحية أيضًا لذكرى رحيل الرئيس جمال عبدالناصر. 

وأعلن فى كلمته، أن هذا الاحتفال للمتفوقين من الجامعات المصرية سيصبح تقليدًا سنويًا، يحضره الرئيس نهاية كل عام دراسى، ووجه خلال الكلمة التحية للشعب المصرى وأسر المتفقوين لتفوق أبنائهم. 

وقال إن الجامعات المصرية تمثل بيتًا للخبرة الوطنية التى تهدى مجتمعنا إلى النهضة والتطوير، وإنه قرر تشكيل مجلس علماء مصر حتى يحدث تفاعلا ووجودا للخبرات فى هذا المجلس لتخرج من مرحلة الركود إلى النهضة، مؤكدًا أن كل أعضاء مجلس علماء تخرجوا من جامعات مصرية وحصلوا على مكانتهم العالمية من خلال هذه الجامعات. 

وقال: أطالب أبناءنا أن يحذوا حذوهم وأدعو كل شباب مصر إلى الثقة فى قدراتهم لتحقيق الحلم المصرى، وقال "أنا عايز أطمنكم أننا بنتحرك بمنتهى القوة فى مشروعات كبيرة وجديدة بتتعمل وغيرها لسة هتتعمل، وقناة السويس مجرد خطوة على الطريق فنعمل بجد لكى نجهز أنفسنا للمستقبل". 

وقال: أتوجه ناصحًا طلبة الجامعات، أن يكون محور اهتمامهم التحصيل العلمى فقط، وعدم الانخراط فى أنشطة غير حميدة، وتحقيق أغراض جماعات مشبوهة تسعى لتخريب هذا الوطن. 

وقال: أعترف بأن الدولة لم تكن قادرة على توفير قنوات اتصال حقيقية مع الشباب، ولذلك سوف يتم عمل مجالس شبابية تكون على اتصال بالحكومة لبناء قيادات جديدة، والاستفادة من قوة الشباب "عايز شباب مصر يكون جنبى.. اللى بيحب ولاده بيحبهم دايمًا جنبه ويحب يكونوا أحسن منه وأنا بحب شباب مصر.. وأعتبرهم أولادى وبأحب يكونوا أحسن منى".

مازال كتاب شريكة الرئيس الفرنسي السابقة فاليري تريرفيلر "شكرا لهذه اللحظة ـ Merci pour ce momen" الذي يتضمن تفاصيل حميمية ووصف لتفاصيل شديدة الخصوصية في علاقتها بالرئيس فرانسوا هولاند يحقق نسبة مبيعات مرتفعة.

France’s ex-first lady Valérie Trierweiler, allegedly mocked by François Hollande over her modest origins, looks set to become richer than her ex-partner thanks to her tell-all book on her troubled times with the president.

“Merci pour ce moment” (Thanks For This Moment) has been one of Amazon France’s bestsellers and has sold 442,000 copies since it came out at the start of the month, according to the latest figures from its publisher.

وقد وصلت مبيعات الكتاب 440 ألف في 23 من الشهر الحالي حسب الناشر وقد تكون وصلت لنصف المليون نسخة حسب التقديرات، ما يعني أن واردات تريرفيلر من الكتاب قد تجاوزت 1.3 مليون يورو، في حين تبلغ أموال الرئيس الفرنسي 1.17 مليون يورو حسب إعلان له إثر فضيحة وزير المالية جيروم كاهوزاك التي فرض بعدها الرئيس على الوزراء وأعضاء البرلمان التصريح عن ثرواتهم .

The book is a no-holds-barred account of Miss Trierweiler's nine-year relationship with Mr Hollande, her 18 months at the Elysée Palace, and their bitter split in January after a gossip magazine revealed his affair with an actress nearly 20 years his junior.

Of the many damaging claims, the one that piqued the 60-year-old president most - and which he vehemently denies - was that he despises the poor and refers to them as “sans dents”, or toothless.

Miss Trierweiler, 49, also claims her ex used to refer to her as Cosette, the poor orphan in Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables, and said her family was “pas jojo”, a slang expression meaning they were not a pretty sight.

The former “Première Dame” was raised in a poor district of the western city of Angers by a disabled father and a mother who worked at the cash desk of an ice rink.

Miss Trierweiler left Angers to carve out a comfortable life for herself as a successful political journalist in Paris.

Any financial worries she might have had have now been chased away by the runaway success of “Merci pour ce moment”, which Le Figaro newspaper calculated has netted her 1.3 million euros (£1 million).

The publisher, Les Arènes, said it thought that figure was “excessive” but was unable to provide a more exact number .

But with the book’s sales showing no signs of abating, and with British and US translated editions in the offing, Ms Trierweiler has cemented a substantial income for years to come.

“Merci pour ce moment” will almost certainly make her richer than Mr Hollande. When he came to power in 2012, he declared his wealth -- consisting mostly of property - to be 1.17 million euros.
