قررت نيابة كرداسة، بإشراف مصطفى توفيق رئيس النيابة، حبس المتهم الرابع في واقعة خطف زوجة ضابط واغتصابها وسرقتها بالإكراه أعلى الكوبري الدائري بمنطقة كرداسة، والذي تم ضبطه بعد الواقعة بيومين في واقعة سرقة بالإكراه أخرى في منطقة بولاق الدكرور. 

كان أحمد هشام مدير النيابة، قد أمر بحبس 3 متهمين أمس على ذمة التحقيقات.. واستأنفت النيابة تحقيقاتها اليوم مع المتهم الرابع. 

وانتقل حازم عامر وكيل أول النيابة لإجراء المعاينة التصويرية، ليمثل المتهمين جريمتهم، بعدما أقروا في التحقيقات بكافة تفاصيل الواقعة. 

وقد كشفت تحقيقات أحمد هشام مدير النيابة، أن المجني عليها، طبيبة، وزوجة ضابط، كانت تقف أعلى الكوبري الدائري يوم الواقعة في السابعة صباحا لاصطحاب ابنتها إلى المدرسة، وبعد قليل توقفت سيارة "فان" بيضاء، بها 4 رجال وسيدة، واستقلتها هي وابنتها إلى المدرسة، حسب "بوابة الأهرام" 

أضافت التحقيقات أن المجني عليها فوجئت بالمتهمين يشهرون أسلحتهم البيضاء، وقاموا بسرقة متعلقاتها "قرط، وسلسلة ذهبيين، ومبلغ 600 جنيه، وكارت ذاكرة"، ثم اعتدوا عليها جنسيا وصورها لابتزازها. وألقت قوات الأمن القبض علي المتهمين "عماد .ع" 29 سنة، سائق، والسابق اتهامه في قضية مشاجرة والهارب من 9 قضايا أخرى، و"عمر . ف. م" 27 سنة، سائق، والسابق اتهامه في 4 قضايا مخدرات والهارب من 6 أحكام ، و"علاء .ال. ك" 39 سنة، والسابق اتهامه في 10 قضايا سرقة بالاكراه، "عاصم.ع . ا"، مسجل شقي خطر فئة "ج" سرقات عامة والهارب من 13 قضية. وأقر المتهمون في التحقيقات بأنهم يوم الواقعة استقلوا سيارة رقم "و. ب / 8266" ماركة سيزوكي، قيادة الأول، وملك شقيقه، وفي أثناء سيرهم بطريق المريوطية استقلت معهم المجني عليها السيارة في الساعة السابعة صباحا، لاعتقادها بأنها سيارة أجرة، وطلبت منهم توصيلها لمنشأة البكاري، وبعد صعودها غيروا خط سيرهم واتجهوا نحو منطقة زراعية بكرداسة. 

وأضاف المتهمون أنهم هددوها باستخدام الأسلحة البيضاء وسرقوا مشغولاتها الذهبية، ومن بعدها هتك متهمان منهم عرضها وتعدا عليها جنسيا، وصوراها فيديو لابتزازها، ومن ثم تركوها أمام أحد المساجد وفروا هاربين.

منظمة الصحة العالمية تطلق تحذيرا خطيرا World Health Organization Urgent Warning

WHO urges quick development of antibiotics to combat superbugs, warns options are running out

نشرت منظمة الصحة العالمية، الإثنين 27 فبراير القائمة الأولى من نوعها لأخطر أنواع البكتيريا المقاومة للمضادات الحيوية وأخطرها على صحة الإنسان.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has urgently called for the creation of new drugs to tackle 12 superbugs which do not respond to antibiotics, warning that drug resistance is on the rise.

وقد تم وضع هذه القائمة سعيا إلى توجيه عملية البحث والتطوير لمضادات حيوية جديدة، وتسلط القائمة الضوء بشكل خاص على ما تمثله الجراثيم السلبية المقاومة للمضادات الحيوية المتعددة.

The "priority pathogens" list released by the organization on Monday, catalogs 12 families of bacteria which poses the greatest threat to human health.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الجراثيم لديها قدرة داخلية على إيجاد طرق جديدة لمقاومة العلاج ويمكنها المرور عبر المواد الوراثية التي تسمح للجراثيم الأخرى بأن تصبح كذلك مقاومة للأدوية.

The list specifically highlights "gram-negative bacteria," which are resistant to multiple antibiotics. Such bacteria have built-in capabilities to find new ways to resist treatment and can pass along genetic material which allows other bacteria to also become drug resistant.

وقالت المنظمة إن هناك حاجة ملحة لتطوير مضادات حيوية جديدة لمحاربة 12 عائلة من عائلات البكتيريا المسببة للأمراض "ذات الأولوية" ووصفتها بأنها أكبر تهديد لصحة البشر.

وأكدت أن الكثير من هذه البكتيريا تطورت بالفعل إلى جراثيم فتاكة وأصبحت مقاومة للعديد من المضادات الحيوية.

"Antibiotic resistance is growing, and we are fast running out of treatment options. If we leave it to market forces alone, the new antibiotics we most urgently need are not going to be developed in time," Dr. Marie-Paule Kieny, WHO's assistant director-general for Health Systems and Innovation, said.

ودعت الصحة العالمية الحكومات للاستثمار في مجال الأبحاث والتطوير لإنتاج أدوية في الوقت المناسب، مشيرة إلى أنه لا يمكن التعويل على قوى السوق في توفير الأموال المطلوبة لمحاربة البكتيريا.

The UN health body divided the list into three categories, according to the urgency of need for new antibiotics. Those categories are critical, high, and medium priority.

وقالت ماري بول كييني المدير العام المساعد للنظم الصحية والابتكار بمنظمة الصحة العالمية إن مقاومة البكتيريا للمضادات الحيوية تزداد، والخيارات من الأدوية تنفد سريعا.

Those which made the critical priority list include bacteria which pose particular threats to hospitals, nursing homes, and patients who rely on ventilators and blood catheters.

وأضافت أنه إذا ترك الأمر لقوى السوق وحدها فلن يجري تطوير المضادات الحيوية الجديدة التي نحتاج إليها بشدة في الوقت المناسب.

They include Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas and various Enterobacteriaceae (including Klebsiella, E. coli, Serratia, and Proteus) and can "cause severe and often deadly infections such as bloodstream infections and pneumonia," WHO wrote.

WHO: These 12 bacteria pose greatest risk to human health

The criteria for selecting the pathogens included how deadly its infections are; whether their treatment requires long hospital stays; how frequently they are resistant to existing antibiotics when people and communities are infected; 

وأوضح أن الهدف من إعداد القائمة يتمثل في محاولة توجيه وتشجيع عمليات البحث والتطوير لمضادات حيوية جديدة، كجزء من جهود المنظمة للتصدي للمقاومة المتنامية عالميا للأدوية المضادة للجراثيم.

how easily they spread between animals, from animals to humans, and from person to person; whether they can be prevented (e.g. through good hygiene and vaccination); how many treatment options are available; and whether new antibiotics to treat them are already in the research and development phase.

"New antibiotics targeting this priority list of pathogens will help to reduce deaths due to resistant infections around the world," Professor Evelina Tacconelli, head of the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Tübingen and a contributor to the development of the list, said. "Waiting any longer will cause further public health problems and dramatically impact on patient care."

The WHO appeal comes as G20 health experts prepare to meet in Berlin this week, with German health minister Hermann Gröhe calling the WHO's list an "important new tool to secure and guide research and development related to new antibiotics." Gröhe said the experts will discuss the fight against antimicrobial resistance during the gathering.

The call for new antibiotics comes just four months after Australian researchers made an offbeat suggestion that the answer to combating superbugs may not lie within antibiotics, but rather in Tasmanian devil's milk.

Superbugs have long been a concern of the medical community, with a World Bank report last year warning that human antibiotic resistance combined with the rise of superbugs could potentially kill 10 million people by 2050 and devastate the economies of some countries.
