نقلت شبكة الإعلام العربية "محيط" عن دوائر مطلعة أن عالما مصريا لم يتجاوز الـ40 من العمر يدعى مصطفى حلمي يعمل بإحدى المختبرات الأمريكية توصل إلى التحكم في الطقس في اى بلد بالعالم  من خلال ما يسمى بغاز "الكيمتريل".

وأفادت الشبكة بأن العالم المصري توصل الى تطوير الظواهر الطبيعية كالبرق والرعد والزلازل والامطار والاعاصير والفيضانات والجفاف في اى بقعة من العالم . ووفقا للمعلومات، فان التطوير الذي احدثه العالم المصري قد وفر مجهودا لعشر سنوات من الأبحاث لعلماء غربيين يعملون في هذا المجال.

ويعد غاز الكيمتريل أحدث أسلحة الدمار الشامل ويستخدم لإستحداث الظواهر الطبيعية واحداث الأضرار البشعة بالدول والأماكن "غير المرغوب فيها".

وهذا السلاح عبارة عن مركبات كيماوية يمكن نشرها على ارتفاعات جوية محددة لاستحداث ظواهر جوية معينة. ويؤدي اطلاق إحدى الطائرات غاز "الكيمتريل" في الهواء الى تغيرات في مسارات الرياح المعتادة وتغيرات أخرى غير مألوفة في الطقس تنتج عنها صواعق وبرق ورعد وجفاف دون سقوط أي أمطار.

ورغم التداعيات الكارثية هذه، إلا أن الكيمتريل يمكن استخدامه في المجالات السلمية النفعية حيث له دور فعال في التقليل من ظاهرة الاحتباس الحراري. كما أنه مفيد جدا في ظاهرة "الإستمطار" في المناطق القاحلة.

إلا أن واشنطن استخدمت تلك التقنية في الأغراض الاستعمارية ليصبح الكيمتريل أحدث أسلحة الدمار الشامل، وفقا لـ"محيط".

وقد اكتشف الكيمتريل من قبل الإتحاد السوفيتي السابق، حيث تفوق مبكراً على أمريكا في مجال الهندسة المناخية عندما حصل على نتائج دراسات قديمة في أوائل القرن الماضي للباحث الصربي نيقولا تيسلا. وانتقل علم الهندسة المناخية من الاتحاد السوفيتي الى الصين .

وعرفت أمريكا بـ "الكيمتريل " مع انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي وهجرة الباحث الصربي نيقولا تيسلا والعلماء الروس إلي أمريكا وأوروبا وإسرائيل‏. وتطورت أبحاث الكيمتريل على يد واشنطن وتوصلت إلي قواعد علمية وتطبيقات تؤدي إلي الدمار الشامل.

وقد نجحت واشنطن في انتزاع موافقة الأمم المتحدة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية عام ‏2000‏ علي استخدامها تقنية الكيمتريل في تخفيض الاحتباس الحراري على مستوي الكرة الأرضية، رغم مخاوف كثير من العلماء من تأثيراتها الجانبية على صحة الإنسان‏.

وذكرت "محيط" أن أسراب الجراد التي هاجمت مصر وشمال إفريقيا وشمال البحر الأحمر ومنطقة جنوب شرق آسيا فوق السعودية والأردن‏ في أواخر عام ‏2004‏ كان السبب الرئيس فيها هو غاز الكيمترل‏ وذلك بعد رش تلك المنطقة بزعم خفض الاحتباس الحراري.

 ووفقا للوثائق السرية التي اطلع عليها العالم المصري، فان الأمريكيين أطلقوا الكيمتريل سرا لأول مرة فوق أجواء كوريا الشمالية، ما أدي الى جفاف وإتلاف محاصيل الأرز وتسبب في موت الملايين. كما استخدم هذا السلاح أيضا في منطقة  تورا بورا بأفغانستان لتجفيفها ودفع السكان للهجرة.

وإكتشف العالم أن هذا السلاح أطلقته "ناسا" عام 1991 فوق العراق والسعودية قبل حرب الخليج الثانية بعد تحميله بالسلالة النشطة من الميكروب المهندس وراثيا لحساب وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية للاستخدام في الحرب البيولوجية وقد طعم الجنود الأمريكيون باللقاح الواقي من الميكروب، بيد أن 47% منهم عادوا مصابين به وزعمت وزارتا الدفاع والصحة الأمريكيتين أنه مرض غير معروف أطلق عليه "مرض الخليج"‏. واكتشف الحقيقة الطبيب الأمريكي جارث نيكولسون حيث اشار الى الأمراض التي يسببها غاز الكيمتريل في الأماكن التي تم إطلاقه فيها ومنها نزيف الأنف وأوبئة الأنفلونزا وفقدان الذاكرة المؤقت‏ وحتى "الإيدز"‏.

كما اكتشف العالم المصري أن إعصار "جونو" الذي ضرب سلطنة عمان وأحدث خرابا وتدميرا كبيرا ثم جنح إلي إيران‏ كان ناجما عن استخدام "الكيمتريل"، وأنه صناعة أمريكية وإسرائيلية.وكانت ايران هي المقصودة بهذا الدمار، لكن بسبب خطأ بعض الحسابات تحول الإعصار إلي سلطنة عمان ولما ذهب إلي إيران كانت قوته التدميرية قد استنفدت.
