طالبت جبهة الإنقاذ الوطني، الهيئة العليا للانتخابات بالتحقيق في منع ناخبين أقباط في الصعيد من الإدلاء بأصواتهم في الاستفتاء، مستنكرة حرمان فئة من المجتمع من ممارسة حقها القانوني، كما أكدت الجبهة في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقدته ظهر اليوم لتوضيح موقفها من نتائج الاستفتاء على أنهم اتفقوا على الاعتذار عن الانضمام لمجلس الشورى، وقبول أي تعيينات من الرئيس محمد مرسي. كما قالت الجبهة في بيانها "إن نتيجة الاستفتاء هى بسبب ما شهده الاستفتاء من تزوير وانتهاكات ومخالفات وأوجه قصور تنظيمه، ابتداءً من غياب الإشراف القضائى الكامل، إلى إبطاء التصويب بسبب مضاعفة عدد الناخبين فى كل لجنة مما أدى إلى انصراف معظم الناخبين من الطوابير الطويلة دون تصويت، وفتح بعض اللجان متأخرًا وغلق باب التصويت قبل الموعد المحدد، وتوجيه الناخبين إلى التصويت نعم داخل اللجان وبواسطة رؤساء اللجان والموظفين بها وغير ذلك من مخالفات وانتهاكات تم توثيقها وتقديمها للنائب العام واللجنة العليا للانتخابات". كما وجههت التحية للشعب المصري حمل مسئوليته، وأكد جدارته بالاحترام بهذا الإقبال الكبير على التصويت بالرفض ولم يستجب هذه المرة للدعاية المضللة التى صورت الأمر كذبًا، وكأنه تصويت على الشريعة فقد اكتشفت جماهير الشعب العظيم أن الإسلام بريء من هذا كله، وأن من ينسبون أنفسهم إلى الإسلام يدافعون عن مصالح دنيوية ويناصرون كبار الرأسماليين ويصرون على إصدار دستور لا يحمي حقوق الإنسان المصري ولا يقيم دولة ديمقراطية. وأضافت الجبهة "سنواصل نضالنا إلى أن تتحقق أهداف ثورة 25 يناير كاملة فى العيش والحرية والعدالة الاجتماعية والكرامة الإنسانية، التى قدم الشعب من أجلها ألف شهيد وعشرة آلاف مصاب، ونحن جميعًا على استعداد للتضحية بأرواحنا وأجسادنا من أجل هذا الهدف العظيم".
