عاجل..السودان تلجأ للتحكيم الدولى لإستعادة”حلايب وشلاتين” بعد وعد “مرسي-Breaking News .. Sudan resorting to international arbitration to recover, "Halaib and Shalateen" after Morsy promise

قال مساعد الرئيس السودانى، موسى محمد أحمد أنه حال تعذر حل قضية “حلايب وشلاتين”،مع مصر سينقل الملف إلى التحكيم الدولى.
وأضاف نقلا عن وكالة أنباء موسكو : على الجانب المصرى أن يأتى بوثائقه مثلما سنأتى بما يثبت أن حلايب سودانية ، مشيرا الى أن القضية ذات سيادة وطنية، موضحة أن الحكومة السودانية أكدت موقفها الواضح حيالها، قائلا “تقديرات كثيرة، لم يفصح عنها، منعت البعض من إعلان موقفهم”.
واشار مساعد الرئيس أن منطقة مثلث حلايب، المتنازع عليها، سودانية وستظل كذلك، وأن  محمد مرسى وعدهم بإعادتها كما كان الحال قبل 1995.
وتابع أن الحكومة طلبت من الرئيس “محمد مرسى” فى الخرطوم إعادة الأوضاع فى حلايب لما قبل 1995، عندما كانت تحت السيادة السودانية، ووعد مرسى بإزالة الاحتقان فى علاقات البلدين، وإعادة الوضع لما كان عليه”.


Sudanese President Assistant said , Musa Mohamed Ahmed that if the issue can not be resolved,  the"Halaib and Shalateen", with Egypt they will transfer the file to the International Arbitration.
He added, quoting the news agency Moscow: on the Egyptian side to come with his official documentation  as will come, including evidence that Halayib brlong to Sudan, adding that the issue of national sovereignty, pointing out that the Sudanese government confirmed its position clear about it, saying that "estimates are many, undisclosed, prevented some of the announced their position. "
Assistant to the President noted that the area triangle Halayib, disputed Sudanese and will remain so, and that the president "Mohamed Morsy" has promised to return them as was the case before 1995.
He said the government had asked the president, "Mohamed Morsi" in Khartoum re  the Halayeb situation in the pre-1995, when it was under the sovereignty of Sudan, and promised to remove the Marina tension in relations between the two countries, and to restore the situation to what it was. "
