British police launched a campaign to prevent young people from England fighting in Syria - الشرطة البريطانية تشن حملة لمنع شباب انجلترا من القتال فى سوريا

قالت الشرطة البريطانية انها ستطلب من امهات إقناع ابنائهن بعدم الذهاب للقتال في سوريا وذلك في حملة جديدة لوقف نزوح تخشى السلطات انه قد يولد متشددين في الداخل.

ومن المعتقد ان مئات من البريطانيين ذهبوا الي سوريا للانضمام الي مسلحين يقاتلون قوات الرئيس بشار الاسد.

وقال ضباط كبار بالشرطة ومسؤولون امنيون انهم يخشون ان متشددين اسلاميين قد يدفعون هؤلاء المقاتلين الي التطرف ويعودون لتنفيذ هجمات في اراضي بريطانيا.

وقالت هيلين بول المنسقة الوطنية لسياسات مكافحة الارهاب في بيان قبل اطلاق الحملة اليوم الخميس "نشعر بقلق متزايد بشأن اعداد الشبان الذين كانوا أو لديهم النية... للانضمام الي الصراع".

واضافت قائلة "نريد ان نضمن ان الناس -خصوصا النساء- اللاتي لديهن قلق على احبائهن يحصلن على معلومات كافية بشأن ما يمكنهن القيام به لمنع حدوث هذا."

وفي الاسبوع الماضي قتل مراهق من جنوب انجلترا في القتال في سوريا. وقالت الشرطة ان كل من يقاتل في سوريا ويعود الي بريطانيا يواجه خطر القبض عليه.

واعتقل حوالي 40 شخصا في الاشهر الثلاثة الاولى من هذا العام مقارنة مع 25 على مدى عام 2013 بكامله.

وأحد اولئك الذين ألقي القبض عليهم هذا العام سجين سابق في جوانتانامو يدعى معظم بيج وجهت اليه اتهامات في مارس بمخالفات مرتبطة بالارهاب رغم ان مؤيديه يقولون انه كان يقوم فقط بعمل انساني.

وقالت بول ان السلطات تدرك ان القتال لم يكن الهدف لجميع من ذهبوا الي سوريا. واضافت ان الحملة تهدف الي توعية الناس بشان كيف يمكنهم مساعدة المحتاجين في سوريا "بشكل آمن وقانوني".

وقال اندرو باركر مدير عام جهاز الاستخبارات الداخلية البريطاني (إم15) في اكتوبر ان نسبة متزايدة من عمله في مجال الاستقصاء الاجتماعي تتعلق بسوريا. واضاف قائلا "أغلبه يتعلق بأفراد من المملكة المتحدة سافروا للقتال هناك او يطمحون للقيام بهذا العمل."

وقاد باركر رد إم15 على التفجيرات الانتحارية التي وقعت في لندن في 2005 وأودت بحياة 52 مدنيا. ومن المعتقد ان بعض منفذي تلك التفجيرات تلقوا تدريبات في معسكرات للقاعدة في افغانستان وباكستان.

British police said they would ask the mothers to persuade their sons not to go to fight in Syria, in a new campaign to stop the exodus . authorities fear that may create new militants inside. 

It is believed that hundreds of Britons have gone to Syria to join insurgents fighting the forces of President Bashar al-Assad.

He said senior police officers and security officials they fear that Islamic militants may pay these fighters to extremism and come back to carry out attacks in the territory of Britain. 

Said Helen Paul national coordinator for counter-terrorism policies in a statement before the launch of the campaign on Thursday: "We are increasingly concerned about the preparation of young people who have been or have the intention ... to join the conflict."

And she said, "We want to make sure that people - especially women - who have a concern for their loved ones get enough information about what they can do to prevent this." 

In last week's killing of a teenager from the south of England in the fighting in Syria. Police said all of the fighting in Syria and return to Britain is in danger of arrest.

They was arrested about 40 people in the first three months of this year, compared with 25 over the whole of 2013 .

And one of those who have been arrested this year, a former prisoner at Guantanamo Bay named Moazzam Begg indicted in March, offenses linked to terrorism , although his supporters say he was the only humanitarian work .

Paul said that the authorities realize that fighting is not the goal of all went to Syria . he added that the campaign aims to educate people about how they can help the needy in Syria " in a safe and legal ."

Andrew Parker , Director General of the British domestic intelligence agency ( M 15 ) Said in October that an increasing proportion of his work in the field of social survey concerning Syria. He added, " mostly respect to members of the United Kingdom traveled to fight there , or aspire to do the work . "

Parker led the response to the M- 15 suicide bombings that took place in London in 2005, and claimed the lives of 52 civilians . It is believed that some of the perpetrators of the bombings have been trained in Al Qaeda camps in Afghanistan and Pakistan .
