Egyptian Pilots airlines Association calls Mahlab for to intervene to resolve their plight

أصدرت رابطة طياري الخطوط الجوية المصرية، الأربعاء، بيانا أكدت فيه أنها في حالة انعقاد دائم، لحين تدخل رئيس الوزراء المهندس إبراهيم محلب، لحل أزمة الطيارين بعد إقرار اللائحة المالية الجديدة.

Egyptian Pilots Association airlines, issued on Wednesday, a statement stressing that it was in permanent session, until the intervention of Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, to resolve the pilots crisis after the adoption of the new financial regulations.

وعقد مجلس إدارة رابطة طياري الخطوط الجوية المصرية، اجتماعا طارئا برئاسة الطيار هشام المناوى، وبحضور رئيس شركة الخطوط الجوية الطيار هشام النحاس، و250 طيارا آخرين، أجمعوا على رفض اللائحة المالية الجديدة وطالبوا بتحسين أحوالهم الأدبية والمادية.

The Council of Egyptian pilots airlines Management Association, held an emergency meeting chaired by the pilot Hisham Manawy, and the presence of the President of the airline pilot Hisham al nahas, 250 pilots and others, unanimously agreed to reject the new financial rules and called for the improvement of the moral and material conditions.

وقدم أكثر من 185 طيارا استقالات مكتوبة ومسببة، بالإضافة إلى عدد آخر من الطيارين والذين منعتهم رحلاتهم خارج البلاد من حضور الاجتماع، والذين أكدوا تضامنهم مع زملائهم المستقيلين، واستعدادهم لتقديم استقالاتهم فور عودتهم إلى البلاد.

And more than 185 pilots provided  written causing resignations, in addition to a number of other pilots who prevented their flight out of the country to attend the meeting, and who have confirmed their solidarity with their resigned colleagues, and their willingness to offer their resignations immediately after their return to the country.

وذكر البيان أن مجلس إدارة الرابطة، في حالة انعقاد دائم بحضور الطيارين لحين تنفيذ المطالب المشروعة لهم، مع العلم أن جموع الطيارين هم الفئة الوحيدة في الدولة التي لم تطالب بأي مطالب، ولم يطبق عليها الزيادة المعترف بها من عام 2005 والبالغة نحو 5% سنويا نتيجة للتضخم، وتم تطبيق لائحة مالية جديدة عليهم دون موافقة الطيارين أو مجلس إدارة رابطة الطيارين أو نقابة الطيارين.

The statement said that the Council of Association Management, in permanent session in the presence of the pilots until the implementation of the legitimate demands of them, knowing that the masses of the pilots are the only group in the state, which did not call for any demands, and did not apply the recognized increase from 2005, amounting to about 5% annually as a result of inflation, was the application of their new financial list without the consent of the pilots or the Council of the Association of pilots management or pilots union.

وأضاف أن اللائحة الجديدة مليئة بالعوار والبنود المجحفة والتي تخالف قوانين العمل لأنها تميز فئة دون أخرى، فقد ميزت اللائحة الجديدة فئة الإداريين بزيادة مالية ومميزات أخرى رغم عدم تحليقهم بأي رحلات.

He added that the new regulation is full of anaphylaxis and unfair and items that violate labor laws because they discriminate category without the other, has characterized the new regulation category managers to increase financial and other advantages despite the lack of any halo flying trips.

وأهاب مجلس إدارة الرابطة، برئيس الوزراء المهندس إبراهيم محلب، لحل الأزمة والتدخل فوريا بعد إخفاق شركة مصر للطيران ومسؤوليها في الوصول إلى أي حلول، خصوصًا أن الاستقالات التي تقدم بها الطيارون تعد بمثابة خسارة للشركة الوطنية ومكسبا للشركات الأجنبية.

He called on the Council of Association Management, Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, to resolve the crisis and to intervene immediately after the failure of Egypt Air and its officials access to any solutions, especially as the resignations submitted by pilots serves as a national loss and a gain for the company to foreign companies.

First response for "Egypt Air" on mass resignations

أكدت شركة مصر للطيران، أنها تقوم حالياً باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة للنظر في قبول الإستقالات خلال المدة المنصوص عليها بالقانون.

Confirmed EgyptAir, it is currently taking the necessary to consider the acceptance of resignations within the period prescribed by law and legal procedures.

وأشارت الشركة، في بيان صحفي صدر اليوم الأربعاء، إلى أن تشغيل رحلاتها منتظم ولم يحدث أي تعطيل أو تأخيرات في مواعيد الرحلات، وأن مصر للطيران تعتبر مرفق عام حيوي لا يجوز تعطيله وفقا لأحكام القانون.

the company noted , in a press statement issued on Wednesday, to be run a regular flights and did not happen any disruption or delays in flight schedules, and Egypt Air is a vital public utility shall not be disabled in accordance with the provisions of the law.

كما أكدت الشركة ثقتها في ولاء طياري مصر للطيران لشركتهم التي ترفع علم مصر على مدار 83 عاما حول العالم، وتدعو الشركة وسائل الإعلام المختلفة بالحصول على التصريحات من الجهات الرسمية تجنباً للبلبلة والمعلومات الغير دقيقة.

The company also confirmed its confidence in the loyalty of EgyptAir pilots for their company flying the flag of Egypt over 83 years around the world, the company invites various media access to the statements of official bodies in order to avoid confusion and inaccurate information.
