Experimental military aircraft, drone, UFO, or elaborate hoax?

The video is bizarre and unfortunately without a very pertinent detail: Which airport in Hawaii, the location of what could be a UFO, top secret military drone or experimental military aircraft hovering over a runway then flying away to some unknown destination. One wonders, if this is a top secret military aircraft, or, a UFO, why is it flying, in broad daylight, out of a commercial Hawaiian airport?
Was the image computer generated? Perhaps someone out there has more info on the unidentified flying object in the video.
