A Man Rotate 360 Degrees On A Giant Swing

Do you have a brave hart like this man?! This man as you see in the following picture riding a giant swing, while he is standing and pushing himself forcibly trying to rotate a round this giant swing. A 360 degrees rotation is not impossible it's possible but you need to be patient, Just increase you velocity step by step with a stable swinging else your balance will be distorted and you me fall down to the ground and hurt your self.
