Strangest Indian Dental Clinic In The Street

This one of the most strangest things in a country with the second largest population in the world and the country the the largest traditions and largest variety  languages in the world, A dental clinic in the street, this doctor don't have a room to treat people instead he took the street as a dental clinic. It's a portable clinic :).

Of course it's not safe but for poor people it's suitable and also suitable for the boor doctor who can't open his own clinic, but I don't really know if it's forbidden or not or it's need a license from the government  or not, everything is possible in this country.
