ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية القبض على فلسطينيين بمصر الجديدة، الجمعة، وتبين أنهم أعضاء ضمن مجموعة قادمة من غزة، تخطط لأعمال تخريبية في البلاد يوم 25 يناير القادم.
تلقى اللواء أسامة الصغير مدير أمن القاهرة، إخطارًا من قسم شرطة مصر الجديدة، بأنه أثناء مرور النقيب محمد فاروق معاون مباحث مصر الجديدة، بميدان روكسي، وبرفقته في حملات لتأمين منطقة مصر الجديدة والاتحادية، تم الاشتباه في شخصين، واتجهت القوة نحوهما، وتبين أنهما فلسطينيين يحملان بطاقات مزورة بجنسية مصرية.
بمناقشتهما أمام المقدم شادي وسام رئيس مباحث مصر الجديد، اعترفا أنهما أبناء عمومة، وأنهما قادمان عبر الأنفاق من غزة ضمن مجموعة، بنية إحداث أعمال تخريبة في البلاد يوم 25 يناير.
