أقام حمدي الفخرانى النائب السابق بمجلس الشعب المنحل دعوى قضائية مستعجلة ببطلان ترشيح مرسي للرئاسة استنادا لشرط تزكيته من 30عضواً من مجلس الشعب والشوري والذي حكم ببطلانه منذ قليل.
وكانت المحكمة الدستورية العليا قد قضت صباح اليوم الأحد ببطلان مجلس الشورى الحالي.

The Supreme Constitutional Court has ruled today on Sunday at morning the final invalidating the current Shura Council.
