"ابن خلدون" يهدد بتدويل توقيعات "تمرد" إذا رفضتها "الدستورية" - "Ibn Khaldun Center" threatening to internationalize signatures "rebellion" if rejected, "the Constitutional Court"

أعدت الناشطة الحقوقية داليا زيادة، المدير التنفيذى لمركز ابن خلدون للدراسات الإنمائية، أن المركز يحاول مساعدة حملة "تمرد" فى تقنين التوقيعات التى حصلت عليها، لافتة إلى عدم وجود مادة قانونية أو دستورية تسمح لأعضاء الحملة بسحب الثقة من مرسى، وهو ما يجعل جماعة الإخوان تستخف بالحملة وما جمعته من ملايين التوقيعات.

وأضافت زيادة فى تصريحات أن القوى السياسية سنضغط على المحكمة الدستورية أن تقبل التوقيعات بناء على مادة الدستور التى تؤكد أن الشعب مصدر السلطات، مؤكدة أنه إن لم يتم ذلك باستخدام وسائل الضغط الداخلية، سيسعى ابن خلدون لتدويل القضية وعرض التوقيعات على المجتمع الدولى.

وأوضحت المدير التنفيذى لابن خلدون أن هناك أمل بأن المحكمة الدستورية تعتمد توقيعات الحملة، لافتا إلى أن التدويل سيكون مع حلفاء النظام فى العالم وأهمها الإدارة الأمريكية، وأنه سيتم مطالبتها باتخاذ موقف مشابه لموقفها مع مبارك أثناء ثورة يناير، مؤكدة أن الأعداد الرافضة للنظام تصنع فارق كبير مع الإدارة الأمريكية.

She explained, executive director of the Ibn Khaldun that there is hope that the Constitutional Court based signatures campaign, pointing out that internationalization will be with the regime allies in the world and the most important of the American administration, and it will claim to take a similar position to it's position with Mubarak during the January revolution, stressing that the numbers outs of the system makes a big difference with the U.S. administration.
