إسرائيل تخترع روبوتا بحريا لحراسة مياهها الإقليمية

صنعت شركة اسرائيلية الروبوت البحري “كاتانا” لحماية عمال التعدين في الموانئ والمنصات البحرية و القواعد المائية ، فضلا عن القيام بدوريات في المياه الإقليمية و تنفيذ مهمات خاصة في سياق الحرب الإلكترونية.

الروبوت الجديد يعمل في وضعين : وضع تلقائي بالكامل وآخر عبر جهاز التحكم عن بعد.

اعتمادا على إلاعدادات يستطيع روبوت “كاتانا” اكتشاف وتحديد وتصنيف أهداف بحرية سطحية ، فضلا عن توفير الدعم لها او اعتراضها. وقد تم تجهيز الروبوت بأجهزة استشعار كهربائية ضوئية، ومعدات الاتصالات وأجهزة الرادار والأسلحة. ولم تذكر نوعية الاسلحة التي قد تكون بحوزة الروبوت “كاتانا”.

تم انشاء الروبوت الجديد وفق مخطط يمكن من خلاله ان يتبدل في وقت قصير. ويمكن تثبيته على اي نوع من السفن الخفيفة و الاعتماد عليه في المهمات ذات الصلة.
