يعد مشهد جنازة "غاندى" فى الفيلم الذى يحمل اسمه، للمخرج سير ريتشاد أتنبورو، والذى أنتج عام 1982، من أضخم المشاهد من حيث اشتراك الممثلين، حيث اشترك فى هذا المشهد ما يقرب من 300 ألف شخص، تعاقد منهم 94560 للتمثيل بأجر قدره دولارا واحدا فى اليوم.
