كشف تشريح جثة الفتى الفلسطيني محمد أبو خضير، الذي خطف قبل أربعة أيام وقتل على أيدي مستوطنين يهود، أنه أحرق حياً حتى الموت.

وقال النائب العام الفلسطيني عبد الغني العويوي إن التشريح الذي جرى في معهد أبو كبير الإسرائيلي، بمشاركة طبيب من معهد الطب العدلي الفلسطيني، أظهر أن أبو خضير 16 عاماً أحرق وهو حي، مضيفًا أن السبب المباشر للوفاة هو الحروق ومضاعفاتها.

وأضاف أن التشريح كشف بوضوح أنه كان يتنفس أثناء اشتعاله، وأن آثار النيران كانت واضحة في القصبات الهوائية والرئة، واصفًا حرقه حتى الموت بأنه جريمة نازية، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه جريمة لم يفعلها سوى النازيين وأمثالهم عبر التاريخ.

وتابع النائب العام أنه سيقدم ملفاً بجرائم الحرب التي يتعرض لها الفلسطينيون على أيدي الإسرائيليين إلى القيادة الفلسطينية، موضحًا أن الخيارات مفتوحة أمامها لمواجهة هذه الجرائم بصورة قانونية، مضيفًا أن هناك جرائم ترتكب من قبل المؤسسة الرسمية الإسرائيلية، وهي جرائم حرب، مثل قتل التلميذين نديم نوارة ومحمد أبو ظاهر قبل أسابيع في رام الله، وهناك جرائم حرب يرتكبها المستوطنون، وجميع هذه الجرائم يعاقب عليها القانون الدولي.

وكان الفتى أبو خضير تعرض للخطف على أيدي مستوطنين يهود أثناء توجهه إلى المسجد لأداء صلاة الفجر في بلدة شعفاط شرق القدس المحتلة، فجر الأربعاء الماضي، حيث اعترضته سيارة ترجّل منها مستوطنان وأدخلاه عنوة إلى السيارة التي اتجهت صوب مستوطنة قريبة، وعثر في وقت لاحق من ذلك اليوم على جثته محروقة في أحراش قرية دير ياسين المهجرة.

The 16-year-old Palestinian boy who was murdered on his way to prayers on Wednesday has been "burned alive," according to initial autopsy findings, the Palestinian attorney-general is reported as saying.

"The direct cause of death was burns as a result of fire and it's complications," Mohammed Al-A'wewy was quoted as saying by Palestinian official news agency Wafa.

'They just took him - witnesses heard his screaming'

The family of murdered Mohammed Hussein Abu Khudair has told about the moment they saw the 17-year-old kidnapped.

"Two or three Jewish guys came in a car and just kidnapped him and took him away in a second," the boy's cousin said. "Some witnesses heard his screaming."

Arrests 'bring little joy' to family of Palestinian murder victim

Mohammed Abu Khudair's death has set off a crime wave of violent protests in Arab sections of Israel.

The family of Mohammed Abu Khudair, the Palestinian teenager who was abducted and burned alive, say they feel 'little joy' over the arrests of six Jewish suspects in connection with the killing.

His mother Suha said she had little faith in the Israeli justice system.

She said: "I don't have any peace in my heart, even if they captured who they say killed my son".

"They're only going to ask them questions and then release them. What's the point?"

She added: "They need to treat them the way they treat us. They need to demolish their homes and round them up, the way they do it to our children."

ذكر موقع "واللا خدشوت" الإسرائيلي، أن الحاخام "أكيم ليفنون"، أفتى، مساء أمس، بإعدام الإسرائيليين الذين قاموا بقتل الشاب "محمد أبو خضير"، مرجعًا فتواه إلى تطبيق الشريعة اليهودية التي تنص على إعدام القاتل، حتى إذا كان يهوديًا.

وكان الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس أبومازن طالب الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، بان كي مون، بتشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية في استشهاد الفتى المقدسي محمد أبو خضير، الذي أحرقه مستوطنون حياً قبل أيام في بلدة "شعفاط" في مدينة القدس المحتلة.

وكان جهاز الأمن العام الإسرائيلى "الشاباك" اعتقل ستة إسرائيليين بتهمة قتل الشاب الإسرائيلي حرقًا.
