A strongly worded statement from Egypt to «Erdogan» - بيان شديد اللهجة من مصر إلى «أردوغان»

أدانت وزارة الخارجية ما جاء في الكلمة التي ألقاها الرئيس التركى رجب طيب أردوغان، أمام المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي، الأحد، واعتبرته «استمرار لمسلسل الشطط والأكاذيب التي يرددها الرئيس التركي أردوغان حول الأوضاع في مصر».

وذكرت وزارة الخارجية، في بيان رسمي، أنها إذ تجدد استنكارها الشديد لهذه الأكاذيب من جانب الرئيس التركي، فإنها تؤكد أن المُتابع للشأن الداخلي في تركيا خلال الأعوام الإثنتي عشر الأخيرة يخلص إلى نتيجة طبيعية مفادها أن السيد أردوغان، الذي يدعي أنه راع للديمقراطية والمدافع عن ثورات الربيع العربي ـ ممارساته وسجله الداخلي خلال هذه الأعوام بعيد كل البعد عن الديمقراطية الحقيقية، ومن ثم فإنه ليس في وضع يسمح له بإعطاء الدروس لنا بشأن الديمقراطية واحترام حقوق الإنسان ولا ينصب نفسه وصياً عليها.

وأضافت: «واقع الأمور في تركيا يشير إلى أنه رغم بقاء أردوغان في السلطة لأعوام طويلة كرئيس للوزراء، فإنه لم يتردد عن تغيير النظام السياسي للدولة من النظام البرلماني إلى النظام شبه الرئاسي وتغيير الدستور التركي حتى يستمر في السلطة لعشر أعوام قادمة، وهو ما لا يمكن وصفه بالسلوك الديمقراطي، خاصة في ظل الممارسات التي انتهجها خلال الأعوام الماضية سواء من خلال فرض قيود على حرية الرأي والتعبير والتجمع واستخدام القوة المفرطة في التعامل مع النشطاء السياسيين والمتظاهرين السلميين، بل ووصل به الحد إلى إغلاق موقع (تويتر) في تحد سافر لأبسط قواعد احترام حرية الرأي، يضاف إلى ذلك القيود الشديدة التي يفرضها نظامه على حرية الصحافة والملاحقة القضائية والأحكام المتعددة ضد الكتاب والصحفيين، والتمييز ضد الأكراد، وتدخله المتكرر في أعمال القضاء الذي ينظر قضايا الفساد، واحتجاز المواطنين بدون تهم لفترات طويلة، وهي أمور ترصدها وتؤكدها تقارير منظمات دولية وإقليمية لسجل حقوق الإنسان في تركيا مثل الاتحاد الأوروبي».

وتابعت: «ولا شك أن هذه الانتهاكات المستمرة والممنهجة والممارسات غير الديمقراطية تُفقد الرئيس التركي أي مُبرر أخلاقي أو سياسي للتشدق بالدفاع عن الديمقراطية، كما أن ذلك يعكس منظور أردوغان، الإيديولوجي الضيق الذي يرتبط بتوجهاته الفكرية وطموحاته الشخصية وأوهام استعادة الخلافة العثمانية بعيداً عن المصالح الوطنية لبلاده وشعبه».

وأدانت مصر بكل شدة تهجم الجانب التركي على دولة الإمارات العربية الشقيقة، وتعتبر ذلك تهجماً على سائر الدول العربية وتؤكد رفضها لذلك.

وأوضحت: «إذا كان أردوغان يُمارس استبداده السياسي الداخلي ولا يكف عن دس أنفه في الشأن الداخلي للدول الأخرى فإنه لم يكتف بذلك بل تجاوزه من خلال دعم جماعات وتنظيمات إرهابية سواء بالتأييد السياسي أو التمويل أو الإيواء لبث الفوضى والإضرار بمصالح شعوب المنطقة، وهو ما تؤكده المعلومات والتقديرات المختلفة واتصالاته المباشرة مع تنظيمات في ليبيا وسوريا والعراق وغيرها، وهو أمر لا يتعين السكوت عنه أو التهاون معه من جانب الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي لما يمثله ذلك من تهديد للأمن والسلم الدوليين».

وأضافت أنه وإذا كانت مصر تحرص على التمييز بين مواقف القيادة التركية التي أقل ما توصف بأنها مواقف متدنية وتتسم بالرعونة وتنتهك التقاليد والأعراف الدولية وتتطلب تكاتف المجتمع الدولي لتصويبها، وبين العلاقة التاريخية وروابط الدم التي تجمع الشعب المصري بالشعب التركي الصديق، فإنها تنصح أردوغان بأن يلتفت إلى شأنه الداخلي لإصلاح سلوكه الشخصي المستبد وتحسين سجله السيئ في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وذلك قبل أن ينبري بدس أنفه في شؤون الآخرين وينصب نفسه وصياً على الديمقراطية ومدافعاً عنها، وهو أبعد كل البعد عن مبادئها وقيمها.

Erdoğan UN Speech Inflicts Deep Wound in Turkey-Egypt Relations

The destructive speech of President Tayyip Erdoğan's towards the Egyptian government at the UN General Assembly has led to harsh criticism in Turkish opposition circles.

Erdoğan, who questioned the legitimacy of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, said "If we will defend those who come to power not with democracy, but with a coup, then I wonder why this UN exists."

The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs had cancelled the meeting with Turkey after Turkish President Erdoğan’s strongly worded criticism against Egypt amongst others at the UN General Assembly. The MPs of the External Relations Committee of the Turkish Parliament stressed that insulting the legitimate leader of one of the most important countries of the region is both inappropriate and wrong. MPs also emphasized that the behavior of President Erdoğan has led to a further regression in the relations between Ankara and Cairo.

‘Is it Turkey's business to support Morsi?’

The CHP MP for Mersin Aytuğ Atıcı who emphasized on the inconsistent moves of President Erdoğan in terms of foreign policy said "The right thing is to maintain relations with Egypt. Turkey currently has no diplomatic relations with Egypt, Israel and Syria. Intervening in the domestic policy of Egypt was already not correct. Unfortunately, Turkey intervened in the internal affairs of Egypt and supported Morsi. Is it Turkey's business to support Morsi? Erdoğan's sole purpose of supporting Morsi is sectarianism. Of course, Turkey should have an ambassador in Egypt and our relationship should continue. The situation that Turkey is experiencing in the foreign policy saddens us"

‘Inappropriate and wrong’

The CHP MP for Adana Faruk Loğoğlu stated that President Erdoğan's manner on bullying Egyptian officials is completely inappropriate, adding "The relationship between Turkey and Egypt had already hit the bottom, however, his recent words caused a deep indignation not only in the eyes of public but also management. President Erdoğan's behavior in the UN General Assembly is very annoying. If you attempt to insult the administration of one of the most important countries of the region amongst others, the majority would think that this is completely inappropriate and wrong. The behavior of President Erdoğan has led to a further regression in the relations between Ankara and Cairo."

The Workers' Party (Turkey): ‘We need to improve relations between the two countries’

President of the Workers' Party International Relations Bureau Yunus Soner said the following in his statement regarding the issue: "The Egyptian people and the state want to improve their relations with Turkey. The correspondent of the Egyptian official news agency MENA who applied to our opinion in the context of the related crisis also stressed this. Today our mission regarding the security issues in our region and against the economic crisis is to repair the relationship between these two powerful countries of the West Asia without paying attention to Erdoğan's statements and the debates on the so-called coup which has currently no meaning. The Workers' Party, which opened a representative office in Egypt, will play a leading role in this task."
