عاجل : مصدر أمنى : استشهاد أمين شرطة وإصابة آخر في هجوم إرهابي أثناء تناول الإفطار

أفاد مصدر أمني بقطاع جنوب القاهرة أن أمين شرطة استشهد، فيما أصيب آخر في تبادل لإطلاق النيران مع إرهابيين يستقلون سيارة أثناء تواجدهما لتأمين متحف الشمع بمنطقة حلوان.

وأضاف المصدر أن الإرهابيين استغلوا تناول الخدمات الإفطار وقاموا بإطلاق النيران عليهما، مما اضطرهما إلى تبادل إطلاق النيران معهم قبل أن يفروا هاربين، وأسفر تبادل إطلاق النار عن استشهاد أمين شرطة من خدمات تأمين المتحف وإصابة آخر وتم نقلهما إلى المستشفى.

عاجل : معركة بالأسلحة الثقيلة بين الهوارة في قنا

نشبت اشتباكات مسلحة بين عائلتين من قبيلة "الهوارة" بقرية فاو غرب بمركز دشنا شمال محافظة قنا، مستخدمين الأسلحة الثقيلة.

وتسعي الأجهزة الأمنية بشمال قنا، السيطرة على اشتباكات بالأسلحة الثقيلة بين عائلتي " العوامر " و "الدشايشة " بقرية فاو غرب، بمركز دشنا، شمالي، قنا.

كان اللواء عادل عبد العظيم أيوب، مدير أمن قنا، قد تلقى إخطارًا، من العقيد محمد عبد الرحمن مأمور مركز شرطة دشنا، بنشوب اشتباكات مسلحة بين عائلتي "العوامر" و"الدشايشة" بقرية الخروعة بفاو غرب، بسبب خلافات بين العائلتين على أسبقية المرور.

وكشفت تحريات المباحث الأولية، أن الواقعة، بين العائلتين بدأت عقب صلاة المغرب، بمشادات كلامية بسبب أسبقية المرور، تطورت إلى مشاجرات واشتباكات بالأسلحة الثقيلة وإطلاق الأعيرة النارية بصورة عشوائية.

وتحاول الأجهزة الأمنية برئاسة اللواء هشام عبد الجواد، نائب مدير أمن قنا، لقطاع الشمال، من السيطرة على الاشتباكات، وضبط المتهمين والسلاح المستخدم.

عاجل : مصدر أمني: العثور على مواد متفجرة بمسكن مالك سيارة إرهابيي أكتوبر

كشفت التحقيقات الأولية أن مالك السيارة المفخخة التي انفجرت بأكتوبر يمتلكها أحد عناصر تنظيم الإخوان الإرهابي "محمود شعبان" وصادر قرار من النيابة العامة لضبطه وإحضاره على ذمة قضايا تخريبية- حسبما أفاد مصدر أمني.

وأشارت التحقيات إلى أن الإخواني هرب عقب علمه بحادث انفجار السيارة، وجار الاستماع إلى جيرانه وشهود العيان لضبطه وتحديد مكان اختبائه بعد العثور على هواتف محمولة ودوائر كهربائية بمسكنه، ومواد تدخل في تصنيع العبوات الناسفة. 

كان مسئول مركز الإعلام الأمني بوزارة الداخلية صرح بأنه في نحو الساعة 6.30 مساء اليوم الثلاثاء، تبلغ للأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الجيزة بحدوث انفجار بسيارة ملاكي يستقلها شخصان أثناء سيرها بطريق امتداد جمال عبد الناصر بالحي الـ11 بدائرة قسم ثان أكتوبر.

وأضافت الداخلية أنه على الفور انتقلت الأجهزة الأمنية وخبراء المفرقعات لمكان الحادث وبالفحص تبين حدوث انفجار عبوات متفجرة كانت بحوزة مستقلي السيارة، مما أسفر عن مصرعهما وتفحم السيارة، وتكثف الأجهزة الأمنية جهودها للوقوف على ظروف وملابسات الواقعة وتحديد هوية مستقليها.

عاجل : إنفجار قنبلة بمحيط مجلس مدينة دكرنس في الدقهلية

شهد محيط مجلس مدينة، دكرنس، قبل قليل، حالة من الذعر بين المواطنين، عقب سماع دوي انفجار قنبلة بدائية الصنع بمحيط مجلس المدينة.

على الفور انتقل فريق من خبراء المفرقعات وقوات الحماية المدنية، لتأمين المنطقة، وفحص موقع الانفجار.

انفجرت منذ قليل، عبوة بدائية الصنع بجوار كنيسة العذراء بمنطقة حلوان وعلى الفور تم إبلاغ خبراء المفرقعات للفحص والوقوف على ملابسات الحادث.

كانت غرفة عمليات الحماية المدنية بالقاهرة تلقت بلاغا من شرطة النجدة بوقوع انفجار بجوار كنيسة العذراء بمنطقة حلوان وعلى الفور أمر اللواء ممدوح عبد القادر مدير الإدارة بسرعة انتقال خبراء المفرقعات للوقوف علي ملابسات الحادث.

عاجل : مفاجأة.. "فتاة" وراء حادث اغتيال النائب العام

كشف مصدر أمني، بأن فتاة متهمة في حادث استشهاد النائب العام المستشار هشام بركات، الذي تم اغتياله أمس الإثنين، بواسطة سيارة مفخخة في ميدان  الحجاز بمنطقة مصر الجديدة .

جاء ذلك بعد تفريغ كاميرات المراقبة الخاصة بسور الكلية الحربية التي أظهرت وجود فتاة في نطاق موقع الحادث قبل التفجير وبحوزتها "ميني للاب توب"، وتبين أنها قامت بتشغل اللاب توب وضغطت عليه في نفس توقيت وقوع اﻻنفجار.

كان المستشار هشام بركات النائب العام استشهد صباح أمس إثر إصابته بنزيف داخلي بالرئة والكبد وخلع في الذراع وكسر بالأنف، وأنه وصل إلى مستشفي النزهه الدولي في العاشرة صباحا بصحبة سائقة والحرس الخاص به، الذين تعرضوا لبعض الإصابات، وأنه نزل مسرعا من سيارته  مترجلا بمساعدة سائقه قبل تفحم السيارة بالكامل.

عاجل : مجهولون يطلقون النار على قسم شرطة سيدي بشر بالإسكندرية

أطلق مجهولون، قبل قليل، النار على نقطة شرطة سيدي بشر، شرق مدينة الإسكندرية، ما أدى إلى تحطم واجهة القسم، دون وقوع أي خسائر أو إصابات بشرية والحمد لله.

وقال شهود عيان أن شخصين يستقلان دراجة بخارية وملثمين، قاما بإطلاق أعيرة نارية من سلاح آلي على واجهة القسم، وفرا هاربين.

على الفور تواجدت العناصر القتالية والدفع بقوات التدخل الطارىء لتمشيط المنطقة وملاحقة الجناة وانتقل فريق من المباحث الجنائية برئاسة العميد شريف عبد الحميد، مدير مباحث الإسكندرية، لموقع الحادث، وقام فريق من المعمل الجنائي بفحص فوارغ الطلقات النارية، واستمعت المباحث الجنائية، لأقوال شهود العيان.

وقام عدد من القوات الأمنية، بتمشيط المنطقة، والدفع بعدد من سيارات مكافحة الشغب، لضبط الجناة.

إلتحاق ابنة المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية السودانية بـ "داعش"

تكشفت معلومات عن نبأ خروج ابنة مدير إدارة الشؤون العربية في الخارجية السودانية والناطق الرسمي باسم الوزارة إلى سوريا، وانضمامها أخيرا إلى تنظيم "داعش" مع مجموعة من الأطباء من أصول سودانية.

وأكد مصدر دبلوماسي، فضل عدم ذكر اسمه صحة نبأ التحاق ابنة المتحدث الرسمي باسم الخارجية السودانية بتنظيم "داعش" أخيرا، قائلا: "سافرت ابنة المتحدث الرسمي علي صادق منذ أيام مع مجموعة من الأطباء إلى سوريا عن طريق تركيا بهدف الالتحاق بتنظيم داعش".

وأضاف المصدر أن نجاح "داعش" في استدراج مجموعة من الأطباء السودانيين، من ضمنهم ابنة المتحدث الرسمي باسم الخارجية، كان بذريعة تقديم العمل الإغاثي والإنساني كونهم طلبة طب.

من جانبه، أفاد عبدالحافظ إبراهيم محمد سفير السودان لدى السعودية "بسفر المتحدث الرسمي باسم الخارجية السودانية والد الفتاة إلى تركيا للتحقق من مدى إمكانية إعادة ابنته مرة أخرى إلى السودان".

يشار إلى أن ابنة المتحدث الرسمي تبلغ من العمر (18 عاما)، وقد غادرت كلية الطب في السودان بعد أن أنهت سنتها الثالثة لتلتحق بصفوف "داعش"، بحسب ما أفاد به السفير السوداني.

وكان أحد حسابات "داعش" قد أعلن قبل يومين عن انضمام 18 طبيبا سودانيا قائلا: "18 طبيبا من جامعات أميركية وبريطانية يهاجرون إلى الدولة الإسلامية من أصول سودانية، من بينهم ابنة المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الخارجية".

Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi has vowed to amend laws in Egypt within days to achieve "rapid justice" against militants a day after the assassination of the country's top public prosecutor.

"Swift justice is chained to laws," El-Sisi said in televised remarks to reporters as he left a military funeral for Hisham Barakat, whose convoy was struck by a car bomb attack on Monday.

Egypt's security forces on Tuesday arrested a person who claimed that a pro-Morsi militant group was responsible for assassinating late prosecutor-general Hisham Barakat in Cairo on Monday, as reported.

Security forces arrested a 23-year-old unemployed man who claimed that a pro-Morsi group calling itself the Giza Popular Resistance Brigades was responsible for killing Barakat on a Facebook page carrying the group's name, a source at the Giza security directorate told MENA.

The group have claimed several attacks against international food chains and banks in Egypt in the past. 

The suspect was arrested at an internet cafe in Giza. 

Right after a car bomb targeted Barakat’s motorcade on his way to work in Cairo's Heliopolis on Monday morning, the Facebook page was updated with a comment that many have interpreted as claiming the attack.

The Facebook post was deleted later that day. 

Later on Monday, a Twitter account claiming to be the official and only account of the Giza Popular Resistance announced that the group had no Facebook page or account, and only had one Twitter account. 

Barakat, who was 65, died of his wounds in a Cairo hospital on Monday.

Two explosive devices detonated inside a private car in greater Cairo's 6 October city on Tuesday, killing three people inside the car, next to the Nakheel shopping center near the 6 October police station.

health ministry spokesman Hossam Abdel-Ghaffar told private channel CBC Extra.

The ministry announced that three people were also injured during the blast, state-news agency MENA reported.

Eye witnesses said the car was on its way to the police station, 1.1 km away from the Nakheel shopping centre.

The explosion comes a day after Egypt's top prosecutor was killed, after a car bomb targeted his convoy near the military academy in Heliopolis.

Militants have targeted security personnel as well as infrastructure installations like electricity pylons with dozens of small bombs planted nationwide in recent months.

An Islamist insurgency that has killed hundreds of security personnel in North Sinai had spilled over to the rest of the country.

The army and police claim to have killed hundreds of militants.

Egypt slams Amnesty over claims of 'all-out repression'

The London-based group says mass arrests have
replaced mass protests in its report released on
the second anniversary of the demonstrations
that led to Islamist president Mohamed Morsi's disposal

Two years after Islamist president Mohamed Morsi's
ouster, Egyptian authorities have continued their
onslaught on young activists to crush dissent, 
in a sign that the country has regressed into 
"all-out repression", Amnesty International 
said on Tuesday, in a report Egypt's government
has qualified as "false allegations" and "lies".

In the report released on Tuesday, the London-based
rights watchdog criticised what it called a 
"blatant attempt" by the Egyptian authorities 
to "nip in the bud any future threat to their rule".

Amnesty looked at the cases of 14 young people
among thousands it said were arbitrarily arrested,
detained and jailed in Egypt over the past two 
years in connection with protests.

"Mass protests have been replaced by mass arrests,"
the group said on the second anniversary of the 30
June massive protests that toppled Islamist
president Morsi after a sole year of divisive rule.

"By relentlessly targeting Egypt’s youth activists, 
the authorities are crushing an entire generation’s
hopes for a brighter future,” said Hassiba Hadj
Sahraoui, deputy director of the Middle East and
North Africa Programme at Amnesty International.

Following the 2011 uprising that toppled long-time
strongman Hosni Mubarak, youths were seen as 
the catalyst of change in a country long oppressed
under autocrats.

"Yet, today, many of these young activists are
languishing behind bars, providing every indication
that Egypt has regressed into a state of all-out
repression," said Sahraoui.

Amnesty said a crackdown led by President Abdel
Fattah El-Sisi has seen more than 41,000 people
arrested, charged or indicted with a criminal
offence, or sentenced after unfair trials.

“The scale of the crackdown is overwhelming,"
Sahraoui said. "The Egyptian authorities have 
shown that they will stop at nothing in their 
attempts to crush all challenges to their authority.”

Foreign ministry spokesman Badr Abdelatty denied
that Egypt is targeting youth activists, saying in a
statement on Tuesday that Amnesty had 
presented "false allegations" and "lies" in 
its report.

Egyptian officials accuse rights organisations of 
serving foreign agendas that aim to undermine the
country's security and stability, a view the
spokesman reaffirmed on Tuesday.

The rights group said that the clampdown initially
began with the arrests of Morsi and his supporters,
but has rapidly expanded to include the country's
entire political spectrum.

It said a new round of arrests in mid-2015 saw at
least 160 people detained "in conditions amounting
to enforced disappearance".

Amnesty claimed that not a single member of the
security forces has faced criminal charges over the
deaths of hundreds of Morsi supporters at Cairo
protest camps on 14 August 2013.

Foreign ministry spokesman Abdelatty said that the
organisation "lacks credibility" by addressing
developments in Egypt from "a biased, subjective
perspective that raises questions".

He slammed what he called Amnesty's "politicised
policy" of relying on "unknown and undocumented
sources" for its information, while ignoring official
censuses and reports.

Amnesty urged Egypt's western and European allies
not to "sacrifice" human rights in their talks with the
authorities, saying there had been "no indication
that stopping gross human rights violations in
Egypt was on the agenda" during previous
meetings.

"The gross hypocrisy of Egypt's partners has been
laid bare in a race for lucrative business deals,
political influence and intelligence, as well as new
sales and transfers of policing equipment that
could facilitate human rights violations," Hadj
Sahraoui said.

On Monday, the group condemned as "despicable,
cowardly and cold-blooded" the killing of late
prosecutor-general Hisham Barakat, whose convoy
was struck by a car bomb in Cairo earlier on the
same day.

"If the rule of law is to prevail in Egypt, judges and
prosecutors must be free to do their job without the
threat of violence," Amnesty said, urging authorities
not to respond with further repression.

مشيرين إلى وجود أشلاء ودماء على الارض وسقوط عدد من الوفيات نتيجة انفجار سيارتين بمحيط القسم.

وأعلنت وزارة الصحه وفاة ثلاث أشخاص داخل سياره فى الحى الحادى عشر بجوار سنتر النخيل بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر و صرح الدكتور حسام عبد الغفار المتحدث باسم وزارة الصحة ، أنه ورد ألى وزاره الصحة إن إنفجار سياره بها ثلاث أشخاص ،و مصاب يرجح إنه كان يمر بجوار السياره المنفجرة، و إن هذه هى الحصيلة الأوليه للحادث حتى الأن.

معاينة انفجار أكتوبر: مطب صناعى وراء انفجار سيارة يستقلها إرهابيون

,كشفت المعاينة الأولية لأنقاض السيارة التى انفجرت بدائرة قسم ثان أكتوبر، وأدت إلى مصرع مستقليها الثلاثة، أن الانفجار بسبب نزول السيارة من مطب صناعى، أحدث ارتجاجًا للسيارة مما تسبب فى انفجار القنبلة التى كانت بحوزتهم.

وتبين من المعاينة الأولية أن السيارة كان لونها "بيج"، وكان بها 3 إرهابيين تحولوا إلى أشلاء، اثنان كانا بالكبينة الأمامية، والإرهابى الثالث كان يجلس بالخلف.

وفرضت أجهزة الأمن بقيادة اللواء محمود فاروق، مدير الإدارة العامة لمباحث الجيزة، كردونًا أمنيًا حول المنطقة.

الداخلية: مصرع 3 أشخاص يحملون متفجرات داخل سيارة انفجرت بهم بأكتوبر

صرح مصدر أمنى بوزارة الداخلية، بأن 3 أشخاص كانوا يستقلون سيارة ملاكى وبرفقتهم مواد متفجرة انفجرت بهم أثناء تواجدهم بمنطقة السادس من أكتوبر، ما أدى إلى مصرعهم.

وأضاف المصدر، أن هناك فريقًا أمنيًا مكبرًا من قيادات مديرية أمن الجيزة بالتنسيق مع وزارة الداخلية يحققون فى الواقعة وظروفها وملابساتها للتوصل إلى هوية الجناة.

مأمور قسم ثان أكتوبر: السيارة المنفجرة كانت تحمل قنبلة بها 5 كيلو "TNT"

قال العميد رأفت الحلوانى، مأمور قسم ثان أكتوبر، إن السيارة التى يستقلها الإرهابيون كانت تحمل قنبلة بها حوالى 5 كيلو "تى إن تى" شديدة الانفجار، وأن الإرهابيين كانوا فى طريقهم لتنفيذ عمل إرهابى.

وأكد الحلوانى أن الانفجار وقع بالقرب من دائرة قسم ثان أكتوبر أو أن الموجة الانفجارية للقنبلة وصل مدى صوتها إلى محيط المنطق بالكامل وأصيب الأهالى بحالة من الذعر نتيجة شدة الانفجار، الناتج عن القنبلة التى كانت بحوزتهم وتسببت فى مقتل 3 إرهابيين.

وتكثف أجهزة الأمن بقيادة اللواء محمود فاروق، مدير مباحث الجيزة، للتعرف على المتهمين وملابسات الواقعة.

قالت وزارة الصحة، فى تقرير مبدئى، حول انفجار سيارة بمحيط قسم ثان أكتوبر بجوار سنتر النخيل، بمدينة 6 أكتوبر، أن الانفجار أسفر عن 3 وفيات

مصدر أمنى: انفجار قسم أكتوبر نتيجة زرع قنبلة أسفل سيارة أمام القسم

أفاد مصدر أمنى أن مجهولين تمكنوا من زرع عبوة ناسفة أسفل سيارة لاستهداف قسم شرطة ثان أكتوبر مما أدى إلى انفجار القنبلة التى تحتوى على مادة تى إن تى شديدة الانفجار ووفاة أكثر من 3 أشخاص.

وعلى الفور فرضت أجهزة الأمن طوقا أمنى حول قسم الشرطة فور وقوع الانفجار وأنتلقت سيارات الإسعاف وسيارات الحماية المدينة إلى محيط موقوع الانفجار، ويقوم خبراء المفرقعات، بتمشيط المكان للتأكد من عدم وجود أجسام غريبة.

قال مصدر أمنى أن قنبلتين انفجرتا فى سيارة محيط قسم ثانى أكتوبر بالحى الحادى عشر، مما أسفر عن سقوط 3 قتلى، مضيفا أن فرق التوقيت بين القنبلتين 5 دقائق، انهما تحويان على مواد متفجرة شديدة الانفجار.

وأضاف المصدر أن الأجهزة الأمنية فرضت كردونا أمنيا بمحيط الانفجار وجارى عمليات التمشيط.

انتقلت قيادات مديرية أمن الجيزة الى مدينة السادس من أكتوبر لمتابعة حادث الانفجار الذى وقع بمحيط قسم ثان اكتوبر، واسفر عن وجود عدداً من الضحايا بعدما زرع مجهولون مواد متفجرة بسيارتين.

وأغلقت أجهزة الأمن عدة مناطق قريبة من مكان الحادث لملاحقة الجناة والقبض عليهم قبل هروبهم من مكان الحادث.
