وصل الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك، إلى مستشفى المعادي العسكري قادما من محبسه بمستشفى سجن المزرعة بطرة وسط حراسة مشددة لتلقي العلاج، بعد تدهور حالته الصحية، وفقا لتقرير اللجنة الطبية التي شكلها النائب العام للتحقق من صحة مبارك.
ووقعت مشادة بين مراسلي وسائل الإعلام والأمن الذي أبلغ الصحفيين والمصور أن التصوير ممنوع، حتى تدخلت قيادات أمنية وتم السماح بالتصوير.
وقال مصدر أمني أنه تم تخصيص طاقم طبي مكون من 4 أطباء و8 ممرضين لمتابعة حالة مبارك، وتم الاتفاق على تعيين حراسة بالتنسيق بين القوات المسلحة وقطاع السجون في الطابق الثالث.
وكان المستشار طلعت إبراهيم، النائب العام، وافق الخميس، على نقل مبارك إلى مستشفى المعادي العسكري لتلقي العلاج، وذلك بعد إخضاعه للكشف الطبي من قبل لجنة طبية تم تشكيلها من قبل النائب العام.
كانت لجنة طبية قد فحصت الرئيس السابق، وقال اللواء محمد إبراهيم، مساعد أول وزير الداخلية لقطاع السجون، إن اللجنة التي شكّلها النائب العام انتقلت إلى مستشفى سجن مزرعة طرة، لتوقيع الكشف الطبي على الرئيس السابق، حسني مبارك، والذي يقضي عقوبة السجن المؤبد بتهمة قتل المتظاهرين خلال ثورة 25 يناير، داخل غرفة الرعاية الفائقة.
وأضاف «إبراهيم» أن اللجنة قامت بتوقيع الكشف الطبي على الرئيس السابق، وستعمل على إعداد تقرير بحالة مبارك الصحية، عقب الأشعة المقطعية التي أجراها مبارك داخل مستشفى المعادي العسكري، وأظهرت وجود شرخ في ضلوع الصدر، إضافة إلى ارتشاح الغشاء البلوري في الرئة، وهشاشة في العظام، وذلك عقب سقوطه داخل دورة مياه مستشفى السجن.
وتابع اللواء إبراهيم أن هدف اللجنة هو إعداد تقرير طبي شامل عن حالته ورفعه إلى النائب العام، وأن التقرير سوف يُحدد الإبقاء عليه داخل مستشفى السجن، أو نقله إلى مستشفى آخر، إذا لزمت حالته الصحية، في حين يؤكد الأطباء المتابعون لحالته الصحية أنها مستقرة داخل السجن، وأنه يتلقى متابعة دورية من أطباء السجون، وأوضحت الأشعة عدم الحاجة إلى تدخل جراحي في حالته .
