مقتل 19 سائحا في سقوط منطاد بالاقصر في مصر

أعلنت وزارة الصحة أن عدد المتوفين فى حادث سقوط منطاد الأقصر صباح اليوم بلغ حتى الآن 19 حالة، فيما لا يزال 4 أشخاص في عداد المفقودين، كما أصيب في الحادث ثلاث أشخاص اثنين منهم بريطانيين والثالث مصري، ويتلقون الرعاية الطبية بمستشفى الأقصر الدولي.

وأشارت الوزارة الى ان فريقا طبيا برئاسة الدكتور محمد سلطان رئيس هيئة الإسعاف المصرية قد توجه صباح اليوم إلى الأقصر للوقوف على حالة المصابين ونقلهم إلى معهد ناصر.

وقد أصدرالدكتور محمد مصطفى حامد وزير الصحة والسكان تعليماته بنقل مصابي حادث المنطاد بالإسعاف الطائر وكان من بينهم قائد المنطاد فى حادث سقوط البالون بمحافظة الاقصر صباح اليوم الثلاثاء.

وقال المصدر - فى تصريح خاص لوكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط - " إن السائحين الـ 19 المتوفين يحملون جنسيات : بريطانيا وفرنسا واليابان وهونج كونج".

وكان قد سقط منطاد صباح اليوم يحمل عشرين سائحا في مدينة الأقصر من ارتفاع يقدر بحوالي 300 متر، يتبع لشركة (إسكاى كروز) وسط زراعات القصب بالبر الغربى بالأقصر، وتبين أن سبب السقوط هو إشتعال الغاز بالمنطاد أثناء الطيران وقد تم نقل مصابين اثنين إلى مستشفى الأقصر الدولى لتلقى العلاج .

وأعلن مصدر أمنى إن السائحين يحملون جنسيات : بريطانيا وفرنسا واليابان وهونج كونج".

وكان المنطاد قد سقط صباح اليوم وبه عشرين سائحا في مدينة الأقصر من ارتفاع يقدر بحوالي 300 متر، وسط زراعات القصب بالبر الغربى بالأقصر، وتبين أن سبب السقوط هو إشتعال الغاز بالمنطاد أثناء الطيران

قال أحمد عبود رئيس اتحاد شركات البالون الطائر بالأقصر لرويترز إن منطادا سقط قرب مدينة الاقصر المصرية يوم الثلاثاء مما أسفر عن مقتل 19 سائحا كانوا على متنه.

وأضاف أن الحادث وقع بعد انفجار غازي على ارتفاع ألف قدم (300 متر) وأنه لم ينج منه سوى سائح واحد وقائد المنطاد. وتابع أنه ليس لديه معلومات عن جنسيات السياح.

لكن وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط نقلت عن مصدر أمني قوله إن السياح الذين لقوا حتفهم من بريطانيا وفرنسا واليابان وهونج كونج.

وفي حديثه إلى رويترز قال عبود هاتفيا "كان هناك 20 راكبا على متن المنطاد. وقع انفجار ولقي 19 سائحا حتفهم. نجا سائح وقائد المنطاد."

وعبود ممثل ثماني شركات تشغل المناطيد في الاقصر.ووقع الحادث على البر الغربي بالمدينة.

وإضافة إلى زيارة المعابد والمقابر الفرعونية في وادي الملوك بمدينة الاقصر يقبل السياح على القيام برحلات بالمنطاد فجرا.

ويعاني قطاع السياحة في مصر من تراجع منذ الانتفاضة التي أطاحت بمبارك في عام 2011 وما تلاها من عدم استقرار سياسي.

انفجر صباح اليوم الثلاثاء26/2/2013 فى تمام الساعة 7.05ص بالون جوى اثناء الهبوط تابع لشركة سكاى بالون وشركة توماس كوك للسياحة فى حاجز الضبعية قرية جيمى مركز القرنة غرب الاقصر ادى الى وفاة 18 شخص من جنسيات مختلفة 4 يابانين و9 صينيون و مجرى انجليزى ومصرى

وقد تم نقل 8 جثث الى مشرحة المستشفى الدولى + 3 الى مشرحة القرنة المركزى + 5 الى مشرحة الاقصر العام + 2 الى مستشفى ارمنت المركزى واصابة قائد البالون الكابتن مؤمن و 2 انجليزيون وكانت اصاباتهم اصابات مختلفة اثناء قفزهم من المنطاد

يوجد بالاقصر 11 شركة بالون و وزارة الطيران المدنى المصرى هى المسئولة عن الترخيص والتفتيش وعلى سلامة البالون حيث إن البالون يقلع من البر الغربي فى فجر كل يوم ويهبط فى البر الشرقي فى رحلة تستغرق من 30-45 دقيقة حيث يقوم السائحين بمشاهدة كل ما يحدث للبالون حتى الانطلاق

ونتمى ان هذا الحادث لايؤثر بالسلب على تنشيط السياحة بالأقصر

أكدت التحقيقات الأولية لنيابة الأقصر أن سبب حادث “البالون السياحى” والذي راح ضحيته، 21 سائحاً، حسب أحدث حصيلة، وإصابة بريطاني، والطيار قائد البالون السياحي هو قطع خرطوم غاز الهيليوم المتصل بموقد البالون مما أدى لاشتعال النيران به

وقد ثبت أن الطيار قائد المنطاد عندما حدد موقع الهبوط عقب انتهاء الرحلة،

وقرر الهبوط، قام بتوجيه الفريق المعاون له بالتوجه نحو مكان الهبوط لانتظاره، وحين ألقى الطيار لمعاونيه حبلا لسحب المنطاد الذى كان قد اقترب من الأرض قطع خرطوم غاز الهيليوم المتصل بموقد المنطاد،

مما أدى لاشتعال النيران به. وأضافت التحقيقات، أن تيارات الهواء تسببت فى ارتفاع البالون لأعلى مرة أخرى، مما أدى لفشل الضحايا فى الهروب من النيران، حيث سقط البالون على الأرض،

وتوالى انفجار اسطوانات غاز الهيليوم كما قرر نقل الجثامين على طائرة خاصة لبلادهم ونقل المصابين الى مستشفي "حدائق الزيتون العسكري" لتلقى العلاج

كما توفى المصاب رقم 19 يدعى جون انجليزى الجنسية يبلغ من العمر 60 سنة كما ان اصابات الطيار مؤمن هى حروق من الدرجة التالتة وحروق بنسبة 70%من جسمة

Killed 19 tourists in the fall of balloon in Luxor, Egypt
