منظمة دولية: النائب العام مُعرض للمحاكمة الدولية بسبب محاباته للإخوان-International organization:Egyptian Attorney General will be in international fair trial because of the primacy of the Muslim Brotherhood

عبرت منظمة الضمير العالمي لحقوق الإنسان عن رفضها الشديد لقرار النائب العام المستشار طلعت عبد الله بالقبض على النشطاء السياسيين المعارضين، قبل التحقيق، أحمد دومة، علاء عبد الفتاح، حازم عبد العظيم، كريم الشاعر، أحمد غنيمي ونوارة نجم وهو ما وصفته بأنه "اعتداء سافر من النائب العام على الأصول القانونية."

وقالت المنظمة، في بيانٍ أصدرته صباح اليوم الثلاثاء: "إن القرار يدلل على عدم حيادية النائب العام، وعدم إيمانه بالعدالة، ويسقط عنه شرف تمثيل الشعب، بعد أن أصبح – بهذا القرار – محامي عن الإخوان المسلمين وحزبها الحاكم."

وأوضحت "الضمير العالمي" أن هذا القرار يجعل النائب العام معرض للمحاكمة الدولية، مشددةً على أنه "على الحزب الحاكم في مصر احترام أبسط قواعد الديمقراطية.

وكان النائب العام قد أمر، أمس الاثنين، بضبط وإحضار 5 نشطاء سياسيين (أحمد دومة، علاء عبد الفتاح، حازم عبد العظيم، كريم الشاعر وأحمد غنيمي)، واستدعاء نوارة نجم، في دعوى اتهامهم بالتحريض على حرق مقر جماعة الإخوان المسلمين بالمقطم.

بدون النظر الى ايا من البلاغات المقدمة من الشعب المصرى ضد الأخوان المسلمين وقياداتهم على ما فعلوا من قتل وسحل للشباب بالشوارع والحرق للمقرات وأرهاب المواطنين والتحرش وضرب الفتيات والنساء بعنف وقسوة لم يسبق لها مثيل  وأستخدام السلاح بواسطة ميليشيات الأخوان المسلمون وأن دل ذلك على شىء فأنه يدل على أنه نائب عام خاص بالأخوان المسلمون وليس للشعب المصرى

The Attorney-General has ordered, on Monday, adjust and bring 5 political activists (Ahmed Doma, Alaa Abdel-Fattah, Hazem Abdel Azim, cream and poet Ahmed Ghanimi), and call Nawara Negm, in a lawsuit accusing them of inciting the burning headquarters of the Muslim Brotherhood in Moqattam.
