نص الاستقالة
معالى السيد المستشار وزير العدل، أتقدم بإستقالتى من منصبى للأسباب الآتية:

1ـ إستحالة ممارستى لعملى تحت هذا الكم الرهيب من الضغوط النفسية الغير محتملة.

2ـ استحالة ممارستى لعملى وإرضاء ربى وضميرى بعد أن تعرضت لتهديدات مكتوبة ومسموعة، تؤكد التنكيل بى، ووصلت إلى أقصى درجاتها عندما تم تهديدى وأسرتى بالقتل ذبحا وحرقا.

3ـ إستحالة ممارستى لعملى بعد أن تحولت المصلحة إلى ملكية خاصة لبعض القيادات الإخوانية والشرطية والبعض من الإخوة والزملاء العاملين بالمصلحة، حتى وصل الأمر لإختفاء الكثير من الجثث وطمس وتشويه للمعالم لبعض الجثث الأخرى.

4ـ إستحالة ممارستى لعملى بعد أن وصلت الأمور إلى حدود غير مقبولة وغير قانونية لإجبارى على التلاعب فى تقارير الصفة التشريحية، حتى وصلت إلى أعلى السقف عندما تم تمزيق تقرير الصفة التشريحية لجثة المواطن المصرى محمد الجندى وإلقاء قصاصات التقرير فى وجهى، ووصل الأمر إلى البصق فى وجهى وتوجيه أقصى ما يمكن إحتماله من سباب ولعنات وشتائم ومحاولة الإعتداء على شخصى.


Text of the resign
HE Mr. Chancellor and Minister of Justice, I offer my resignation from my post for the following reasons:

1 impossibility of practicing practical under this terrible amount of possible stress by others.

2 impossibility of practicing practical and pleasing my Lord and my conscience after being exposed to threats written and audio formats, confirms my abuse, and reached its highest level when I was threatened and my family with death slaughtered and burned to death.

3 impossibility of practicing practical after the interest turned to private ownership of some of the Brotherhood's leaders, police and some of the brothers and co-workers interest, so it came to the disappearance of many of the bodies and blur and distortion of the features of some of the other bodies.


4 impossibility my practice to practical after reaching things to the limits of unacceptable and illegal compulsory to manipulate reports of autopsy, until I got to the top of the roof when it was tearing report of the autopsy of the body of the Egyptian citizen Mohammed al-Jendi and throwing it's scraps report in my face, and it came up to spitting in my face and directing the maximum intolerable insults and curses on me to the top levels and insults and try to attack on the personal by all meanings.in order to enforced me to change the truth about the autopsy reports with fake illegal ones

For all these reasons combined. I kindly agreeing to accept my resignation and step down from office at the Forensic
