رصدت منظمة الضمير العالمى  لحقوق الإنسان  ومقرها الرئيسى سيدنى إستراليا ، 471 خطأ قانونيا وقع فيها النائب العام  غير الشرعى طلعت إبراهيم ، منها إصدار قرارات بالقبض قبل التحقيق والتحريات الدامغة، ومنها المنع من السفر قبل التحقيق ومواجهة المتهمين، ومنها قرارات القبض قبل طلب الإستدعاء للصحفيين والإعلاميين وغيرهم ،

ومن بين ألخطاء القانونية التى رصدتها المنظمة كما يقول رئيس الدورة الحالية لها الدكتور مصطفى راشد  السكوت وغض الطرف عن التحقيق فى إتهامات وشكاوى  جنائية ضد الرئيس مرسى وجماعته  ومناصريه وهو تقصير فى أداء وظيفته .

ورأت المنظمة أن هذه الأخطاء التى وقع فيها النائب العام الباطل   تستوجب محاكمته جنائياً، علماً بأن تقاعس الرئيس مرسى والحكومة المصرية عن محاكمته  تجعلهم جميعاً معرضون  للمحاكمة الدولية أمام المحكمة الجنائية  بهولاندا.

The organization felt that the mistakes of the illegal Attorney General warrant a criminal trial, noting that the failure of the President of the Republic and the Egyptian government and overlooked tried all of them are vulnerable to trial in the international Criminal Court in the Netherlands.
