Because of FEMEN's action the Supreme Court of Kairouan held, where the prosecutor of Kairouan has put forward Amina Tyler by criminal charges of vandalism.
The outcome of the trial was the decision to keep Amina in jail pending investigation.
By the local law Amina is threatened to spend 2 years in prison. In this case, more than a year she can spend behind bars being accused while investigations are conducted.

Vandalism According to the Tunisian justice consists in the fact that Amina has written the word "FEMEN" on the wall of the Kairouanian temple complex, protesting against the illegal ,meeting of the terrorist group "Ansar al-Sharia."
FEMEN sure that the protest of Amina is not vandalism, but the reaction of the Tunisian authorities is a gross political repression in response to her antiislamist feminist actions against shariatization of Maghreb.
