شارك الأمير تشارلز، ولي عهد بريطانيا الذي يقوم بزيارة إلى السعودية، برقصة العرضة التقليدية في مهرجان الجنادرية للثقافة والتراث مساء الثلاثاء محاطا بكبار الأمراء من العائلة المالكة. وحمل الأمير تشارلز أثناء العرضة النجدية في الجنادرية السيف وارتدى الزي التقليدي من كوفية وثوب وعباءة. وأحاط به النائب الثاني لرئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير مقرن بن عبد العزيز ووزير الحرس الوطني الأمير متعب بن عبد الله وغيرهما من الأمراء.
ورقصة العرضة النجدية من الفنون الحربية التي تتم تأديتها بعد الانتصار في المعارك، ومن أدواتها البيارق والسيوف والبنادق والطبول التي يضرب عليها بإيقاع يتناغم مع الإنشاد.
