Everyone starts somewhere and has an origin story of sorts. Regardless of who you are or the position you are currently in, you began somewhere and with that it means you were likely as awkward like the rest of us.

Politicians, athletes, and actors are not exempt from this phase in life. Some always had the smooth, coolness that they still possess while others needed a little bit of work and tweaking. One thing is for certain, there is a certain guilty pleasure in looking at an old photo of a Hollywood superstar or world class athlete long before the glitter and stardom when they were like the rest of us.

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall in the photo capturing a conversation between Bill Gates and Steve Jobs in 1991. Furthermore, if you are ever impressed by the live band at a wedding, don’t discard the photos for you may be looking at the future Beatles.
