International Red Cross: half a million wounded in Syria - الصليب الأحمر الدولي: نصف مليون جريح في سوريا

رسم تقرير صادر عن الصليب الأحمر الدولي صورة قاتمة عن الأوضاع الإنسانية في سوريا، وتحدث التقرير عن وجود نصف مليون جريح حاليا، يفتقد الكثير منهم العلاج مع صعوبة إيصال المساعدات للمدنيين.

A report issued by the International Red Cross bleak picture of the humanitarian situation in Syria, the report spoke of the presence of half a million currently injured, missing, many of whom treatment with the difficulty of delivering aid to civilians.

ذكرت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر أن هناك نصف مليون جريح في سوريا يفتقد العديد منهم إلى العلاجات الأساسية، مشيرة إلى "صعوبة فائقة" في إيصال المساعدات إلى الناس في سوريا.

mentioned the International Committee of the Red Cross that there are half a million wounded in Syria lacks many of them to basic treatments, citing "the super difficulty" in the delivery of aid to people in Syria.

ونقلت اللجنة عن رئيس بعثة الصليب الأحمر الدولي في سوريا ماغني بارث قوله "حصيلة القتلى ترتفع. هناك نصف مليون جريح تقريبا في كل أنحاء سوريا والملايين لا يزالون نازحين وعشرات الآلاف معتقلين". وتابع إن الإمدادات بالغذاء والحاجات الأخرى الأساسية تنفد بشكل خطير، لاسيما في "المناطق المحاصرة".

quoted the head of mission for the International Red Cross in Syria Magne Barth said, "the death toll rises. There are half a million wounded in almost all parts of Syria, and millions are still displaced and tens of thousands of detainees." He said that the supply of food and other basic needs are seriously depleted, especially in the "besieged areas."

وأشار بارث إلى أن "شرائح واسعة من السكان، لاسيما في مناطق متأثرة مباشرة بالقتال بما فيها شرق حلب، تعاني من نقص في العناية الطبية". وأضاف "غالبا لا تتم معالجة الجرحى بالشكل الملائم، ولا يتلقى المصابون بأمراض مزمنة العلاج الذي يحتاجونه". 

Barth pointed out that "large segments of the population, especially in the areas directly affected by the fighting, including eastern Aleppo, suffer from a lack of medical care." "It often does not adequately treat the wounded, and the chronically ill receive the treatment they need."

ودعا البيان "كل الأطراف في سوريا إلى تطبيق القانون الإنساني الدولي". وأشار بارث إلى أن فرق الصليب الأحمر "لا تزال ممنوعة من الدخول إلى المناطق المحاصرة لإيصال المساعدات بما فيها المناطق التي تحتاج إلى مساعدات طبية ملحة".

The statement called on "all parties in Syria to the application of international humanitarian law." Barth pointed out that Red Cross teams "are still banned from entering the besieged areas for the delivery of assistance, including areas that need urgent medical aid."

يذكر أن قوات النظام السوري تطوق عدة مناطق بريف دمشق وفي حمص منذ أشهر. وتعاني هذه المناطق من أزمة غذاء وأدوية. كما أعلن برنامج الغذاء العالمي في 16 ديسمبر الجاري أن حوالي نصف السكان داخل سوريا يعانون من انعدام الأمن الغذائي، وأن حوالي ثلثهم في "حاجة ملحة" لمساعدة غذائية للبقاء على قيد الحياة.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian regime forces surrounded several areas in Rural Damascus and in Homs months ago. And these areas suffer from food crisis and drugs. وأشارت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر إلى أن "انخفاض درجات الحرارة إلى مستوى قياسي يزيد من المأساة بالنسبة إلى ملايين النازحين داخل سوريا واللاجئين في المنطقة". وقتل في النزاع السوري أكثر من 126 ألف شخص، حسب المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان. وقالت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر في بيانها اليوم إن 32 متطوعا في الهلال الأحمر السوري قتلوا خلال النزاع.

The International Committee of the Red Cross pointed that "the low temperatures to a record level of more than a tragedy for millions of displaced people inside Syria and refugees in the region." And was killed in the Syrian conflict more than 126 thousand people, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. The International Committee of the Red Cross in a statement today that the 32 volunteers in the Syrian Red Crescent were killed during the conflict.
