ألمانيا توقف شحنة أسلحة متجهة إلى مصر

ضبطت الجمارك الألمانية في ميناء هامبورغ شحنة أسلحة للجيش المصري وأوقفت تحركها باتجاه مصر وفق حظر الأسلحة الذي يفرضه الاتحاد الأوروبي على القاهرة، للاشتباه في استخدام السلطات المصرية هذه الأسلحة ضد المتظاهرين داخل البلاد.

ذكرت مجلة دير شبيغل الألمانية على موقعها الإلكتروني (شبيغل أونلاين) أن هيئة الجمارك الألمانية أوقفت اليوم الجمعة (14 مارس 2014) شحنة أسلحة كبيرة كان من المفترض شحنها إلى مصر عبر ميناء هامبورغ الألماني.

وتشتبه الدوائر الحكومية الألمانية في أن شحنة الأسلحة، التي من المرجح أن يكون مصدرها بولندا، كان من الممكن أن يستخدمها الجيش المصري في مواجهة المظاهرات. 

وكان الاتحاد الأوروبي قرر في خريف عام 2013 عدم تسليم أية أسلحة، من أوروبا إلى مصر، يمكن أن تكون موجهة ضد المتظاهرين. وجاء ذلك بعد تصعيد قوات الأمن العنف ضد المتظاهرين المناهضين للحكومة المصرية.

وقالت دير شبيغل إن الحكومة المصرية من جانبها طالبت الخارجية الألمانية عبر سفارة برلين في القاهرة بالإفراج عن شحنة الأسلحة والسماح لها بمواصلة مسارها باتجاه شمال إفريقيا.

وذكرت أن الحكومة المصرية، ترفض أية انتقادات أوروبية للـ "القمع الوحشي والمفرط" الذي تمارسه قوات الأمن المصرية ضد مؤيدي المعزول محمد مرسي المنتمي لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين.

وهذه ليست المرة الأولى التي تتخذ فيها ألمانيا إجراءات عقابية ضد الحكومة المصرية بعد الأدعاء بأستخدام السلطات العنف المفرط ضد المتظاهرين والمعتصمين الذين ظهروا على شاشات الفضائيات العالمية مسلحون بأسلحة ألية ورشاشات ثقيلة ويقتلون المدنيون والشرطة ولا يزالون يقتلون ويقنصون أفراد من الجيش المصرى.

لقد أوقفت برلين قبل عدة أشهر اتفاقية التعاون الأمني مع القاهرة، بل وأوقفت حتى التعاون في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب بين البلدين مؤقتا. ولا تسمح ألمانيا بالمشاريع التدريبية الجارية التابعة للجيش الألماني في إطار التعاون مع مصر، إلا في حالات فردية. وتقول الحكومة الألمانية إن استئناف التعاون الأمني بين البلدين يعتمد على التطورات الجارية في مصر.

Customs seized the German port of Hamburg in the shipment of weapons to the Egyptian army stopped its movement toward Egypt, according to the arms embargo imposed by the European Union to Cairo, on suspicion of the use of these weapons by the Egyptian authorities against protesters inside the country.

According to German magazine Der Spiegel on its website (Spiegel Online) that the German customs halted on Friday (March 14, 2014), a large shipment of weapons was supposed to Egypt shipped through the port of Hamburg, Germany. Suspect in German government circles that the arms shipment, which is likely to be sourced from Poland, it was possible to be used by the Egyptian army in the face of protests.

The EU decided in the fall of 2013, non-delivery of any weapons, from Europe to Egypt, could be directed against the demonstrators. That came after an escalation of violence by security forces against anti-government protesters in Egypt.

Der Spiegel said that the Egyptian government for its part, demanded that the German Foreign Embassy across Berlin in Cairo for the release of a shipment of arms and allow it to continue its course towards North Africa. She stated that the Egyptian government rejects any European criticism of the "brutal and excessive repression" practiced by Egyptian security forces against supporters of isolated Mohamed Morsi,belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood.

This is not the first time you take in. Germany punitive measures against the Egyptian government after the alleged use of the authorities of excessive violence against demonstrators and protesters who appeared on TV screens the world armed with automatic weapons and heavy machine guns and kill civilians and police are still doing the killing and hunting by members of the Egyptian army.

Berlin has stopped several months before the security cooperation agreement with Cairo, but stopped and even cooperation in the field of counter-terrorism between the two countries temporarily. Germany does not allow projects ongoing training of the German army in the framework of cooperation with Egypt, but in individual cases. The German government says that the resumption of security cooperation between the two countries depends on the developments in Egypt.
