Reuters: Congress seeks to provide trial for Obama exceeded his powers - رويترز: الكونجرس يسعى لتقديم أوباما للمحاكمة بتهمة تجاوز سلطاته

قاد بعض من نواب الحزب الجمهورى فى مجلس النواب الأمريكى، حملة شرسة ضد الرئيس باراك أوباما، والتى قد تنتهى بعزله من منصبه فى البيت الأبيض، وذلك بسبب تجاوزه حدود سلطات منصبه ومخالفة الدستور، وفقاً لوكالة رويترز الإخبارية.

وتسعى جهود الجمهوريين إلى جمع أصوات كافية لتقديم أوباما للمحاكمة إثر تجاوزه حدود سلطاته التنفيذية، فقد وافقت لجنة مختصة فى الكونجرس الأمريكى فى 24 يوليو الجارى على جواز التصويت على إحالته الرئيس للمحاكمة.

وتأتى الدعوى بعد اتخاذ الرئيس أوباما العديد من الإجراءات والتصديق على مشاريع قرارات بطريقة غير دستورية دون الرجوع لمجلس النواب، ومن تلك القوانين التى أشعلت غضب نواب الحزب الجمهورى فى الكونجرس، مرسوم أصدره أوباما عام 2012 يقنن أوضاع المهاجرين غير الشرعيين فى البلاد، ورفع الحد الأدنى لأجور المقاولين الفيدراليين، بالإضافة إلى عدم التزامه بالمهلة الممنوحة له لإنجاز قانون النظام الصحى "أوباما كير"، كما أنه أنجز صفقة مبادلة الأسير الأمريكى بأعضاء قياديين معتقلين من حركة طالبان دون إبلاغ الكونجرس.

وقاد تلك الحملة جون بوينر، رئيس مجلس النواب، الذى قال إن أوباما يمارس سلطات تشريعية وتنفيذية وهو ما يعطيه سلطات الملوك، فيما هاجم الديمقراطيون تلك الحملة قائلين إنها مجرد حيلة سياسية تهدف إلى إفساد انتخابات الكونجرس النصفية، والتى ستحدد السيطرة السياسية على الكونغرس فى العام المقبل، والمنتظر إجراؤها بعد 4 شهور.

يذكر أن أى دعوى قضائية ضد الرئيس قد تستغرق سنوات، لتتخذ سيرها فى المحاكم الفيدرالية.

He led the campaign of John Boehner, Speaker of the House, who said that Obama exercised legislative and executive powers, which give him the powers of kings, while attacked the Democrats, the campaign, saying it's just a political ploy aimed at corrupting the midterm congressional elections, which will determine the political control of Congress next year , and is expected to take place after 4 months. 

It is noteworthy that any lawsuit against the president could take years, to take in the functioning of the federal courts.
