The Most Horror Convincing Ghost Photos Ever Seen

There are hundreds if not thousands of ‘real’ ghost pictures clogging up the internet. Some have natural explanations, most are faked. However sometimes, if you search long and hard enough you’ll find some photos that are harder to just explain away.

Whether you choose to believe these are the real deal or not, here are the best ghost pictures that sent chills running down our spines.

The Uninvited Wedding Guest

Taken in October 1972 by a professional photographer who was commissioned to take photographs of guests arriving at the wedding reception of friends whose son had just married in Paisley. The photo shows me on the left, my wife who is pregnant at the time, and friends.

 Crouching behind one of the figures is a “spirit extra” looking towards the camera and dressed in what appears to be open-toed sandals.

The photographer said the negative also showed the “spirit extra”. He could not explain the photo. As far as he was aware no one was behind the man when the photo was taken and no one was there when we moved away. He said it would be impossible for anyone to crouch behind without the person being aware of their presence and indeed without their body being visible to the person’s left. Compare for example the size of the person’s foot to that of the extra. The person with his hands behind his back would surely have felt someone behind him?

The Little Girl In The Cemetery

Shadow Man In The Attic

This photo was taken in the attic at my workplace (a restaurant which used to be a house and a theatre) there are quite a few close encounters by the staff with ghosts in the last 10 years… But now, finally, we have captured something on film. We believe this to be a shadow ghost that is haunting the restaurant where I work.

The Ghost Of Queen Mary

While aboard the Queen Mary a few years back my Uncle George took this picture of what he thought was an ordinary vestibule. When he got home he printed out his pictures but wasn’t expecting to find what looks like a ghost walking down the hall. My Uncle is 78 and does not believe in ghosts, but this freaked him out. He doesn’t even like to talk about the incident.

The Nurse of St Crispins Psychiatric Hospital

This is a photo was taken at the abandoned Psychiatric Hospital, St Crispins in Northampton, UK.

The night was warm and cloudless with a prominent full moon and the building, of a large Victorian Gothic design was and has been abandoned since 1995. used a 20mp Nikon bridge camera and taken random pictures of the building. The building has been heavily vandalised and was recently partly burnt out in 2014. Most of the upper floor floorboards have either been burnt or removed to deter vandals so the chances of a living person being on an upper floor is next to none.

The windows shown consist of no glass or plastic sheeting on the upper floors, they are either boarded up or gaping maws and that is what makes this photo quite exciting. There was no reflection possible, no one in the burnt out room and nothing in the frame to suggest any paredolia. taken half a dozen shots of these windows and only this one exhibited anything out of the ordinary.

not saying it is anything supernatural but, considering the building’s  age and history, this image, when zoomed in, looks remarkably like a Victorian lady with a ruffled shawl over her shoulders,  next to her, less clear could be another figure but no one can make it out. This was a third floor room with no floor.

The Night Walker

A friend took this and swears it’s real. we can tell you 100% certainty that this was taken with an LG flip phone a few years ago , and that this image was never touched with any photoshop. It was sent straight from his phone to mine and neither of us even know the first thing about photoshop. With all that being said, it must just be a really crappy photo of an actual person walking down the road (even though he swears he saw it appear one minute and gone the next and no one else was around). Thoughts?

Man In The Woods

A friend was going through his photos from last year’s hunting season and found this pic. He says the trail cam is activated by movement yet there were no pics of the entity anywhere else except in this photo. If it were a person there would have been several photos where the person entered into the vision field of the camera, yet only this photo was taken.

The area in which this photo was taken is on private hunting property miles from any residential areas in Northern Michigan. Also at the end of October it is usually quite cold and pitch black dark out where this photo was taken.

Was renovating my house and taken a picture to show what they had done and there was a ghostly image that came out.

The Ghost Of Hampton Court

someone went to Hampton Court palace for his birthday a few years ago with his wife whilst walking around and of course used their mobiles to capture some photos. they took 2 photos in succession the first picture showed nothing but when they looked at my second picture they sow something that did not make sense so they put the picture on the PC to see it on a bigger screen and it was surprising to find an image of a man in Tudor Elizabethan garb.

There where people dressed up that day only one male though who was dressed as Henry VIII and the anomaly does not look that that person.

Face In The Ashes

This Photo was taken across the street , where an abandoned house was burned by arsonists. many was there to witness it burning that night. 

Many and several others witnessed heard someone calling for help from the inside. However fire investigators found no one inside.

The Huntington Beach Haunting

This photo was taken in Huntington Beach by someone on the 4th of July. This photo is obviously more zoomed in than the original.

also some photos taken from different angles around this area with no white, robed-looking figure in the background. It is very odd and no one can think of any explanation for what this could be.

The Watcher

This photo was taken in October 2011 in Stockton on Tees, UK, it shows a child and their friends playing on a tarzee down a lane what it also shows actually took their breath away!

In the top right hand corner there is what appears to be a boy watching them he definitely was not there when that photo was taken he even has a hole in his leg what do you think? I’d love to know . The photo was taken by his sister in law by a phone.

The Trail-Cam Ghost

Check out these two photos that an acquaintance sent them. These came off of a trail cam that he has hanging in his timber. These trail cams are very popular with deer hunters.

These pictures were taken way out in the country, not within 10 miles of the closest town. The closest house is about 5 miles away. Anyone want to offer up an idea of what is going on there, because everyone is dumbfounded.
