المرأة .. ليست وجبة لحم جاهزة.. لتأكلها  .. ليست للاستهلاك الذكوري .. ليس من حقك التحرش بها ولو لفظيا .. ليس من حقك التعرّض لها والحكم عليها لتأكلها بعينيك ولسانك ويدك وجسدك.. المرأة كيان له احترام وتقدير ..فإن أردت أن تحكم على تقدم المجتمعات فلتنظر إلى مكانة المرأة فيها ...

Not have the right to molest her even verbally ..Not have the right exposure and judged to be eaten with your eyes and your tongue and your hand and your body .. Women entity with respect and appreciation .. If you want to control the progress of societies Let the place of women ...

توقفوا عن حبس حرية المرأة و تشبيه المرأة كالحيوان

Stop imprisonment of women's freedom and likened women like an animal

توقفوا عن جرحه المرأة وقتلها وأيذاؤها

Stop hurting women and kill her and hurt her

توقفوا عن ممارسة العنف والتحرش مع المرأة

Stop violence and harassment of women

جسد المرأة ليس للبيع أو للأتجار أو سلعة تباع وتشترى

Woman's body is not for sale or trafficking or a commodity bought and sold

تذكر جيدا أن كان لك الحق فى أن تعيش بحرية

تذكر جيدا أن المرأة مثلك لها نفس الحقوق فى أن تعيش سالمة وبحرية

لا تجرح مشاعرها ولا تؤذيها بكلماتك وتصرفاتك

توقف عن أيذائها بالتحرش بها ومضايقتها

تذكر بأنها أمك وأختك وصديقتك وحبيبتك وأبنتك وزميلتك بالعمل

وتذكر أيضا أنك كنت بداخل تلك المرأة لمدة تسعة أشهر حافظت عليك وعلى سلامتك ووفرت لك كل الحماية والرعاية بكل ما تملك لكى تخرج للعيش وتحيا فى النور

للمرأة الحق فى العيش وليكن نفس شعارنا بالحياة جميعا للمحافظة على بنى جنسنا

الحب ... والسلام ... والحرية

Remember very well that you had the right to live freely

Well remember that women like you have the same rights to live safely and freely

not to hurt her feelings or penalized in your own words and actions

Stop hurt her by violence and harassment

Remember that it is your mother and your sister and your girlfriend and your sweetheart and your daughter and your colleague to work

Also, remember that you were inside that woman for nine months maintained on you and your safety and provided you with all she has got with the protection and care all she have to get you out to live and survive in the light

Women have the right to live and not all the same motto of life to maintain the structures of our species
