Declaration of state of emergency in the Arab Republic of Egypt for 3 months

إعلان حالة الطوارىء فى جمهورية مصر العربية لمدة 3 شهور

أعلن رئيس الجمهورية عبد الفتاح السيسى منذ قليل حالة الطوارىء الأمنية العامة والتأهب القصوى فى جمهورية مصر العربية لمدة 3 شهور إعتبارا من اليوم

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi while ago announced the state of public security emergency and the highest readiness in the Arab Republic of Egypt for 3 months starting today

قدم الرئيس المصرى التعازى للشعب المصرى لهذا الحادث الإرهابى الأليم الذى ضرب مصر اليوم وإستشهد فيه ضحايا كثيرون مطالبا بتوحيد كل القوى السياسية والمجتمع المصرى والعربى ضد قوى الشر والإرهاب

The Egyptian President expressed his condolences to the Egyptian people for this painful terrorist incident that hit Egypt today, in which many victims were martyred, demanding the unification of all political forces and Egyptian and Arab society against the forces of evil and terrorism.

وتم إتخاذ هذا الإجراء الأمنى بعد أن تم تزول وخدات الجيش وقوات التدخل الطارىء الأمنية للشوارع بعد حدوث حادثتان إرهابيتان لتفجير كنائس بواسطة إنتحاريين ينتمون لتنظيم داعش الأرهابى الدولى.

This security measure was taken after the army and the emergency forces intervened on the streets after two terrorist attacks to blow up churches by suicide bombers affiliated with the ISIS international terrorist organization.

وقد قال رئيس الجمهورية بأنه قد طلب من قبل التفويض لمواجهة العتف والإرهاب المحتمل لأنه يعلم بأن الهجمة ستكون طويلة ومؤلمة ومستمرة وبأنه سقط فيها ضحايا من قضاة مصر ومن الجيش والشرطة والمواطنين شهداء كثيرون وسوف يسقط أخرون ويجب علينا التوحد وبأن الإرهاب لم ولن يفرقنا أبدا

The President of the Republic has said that he has been asked before the mandate to confront the potential terror and terrorism because he knows that the attack will be long, painful and continuous, and that there were victims of the judges of Egypt, the army, the police, the citizens, many martyrs and others will fall and we must unite and that terrorism will never separate us.

كما نبه رئيس الجمهورية بوقف طريقة العرض الإعلامية بمشاهد مؤذية يتم بثها للحوادث بتلك الطريقة التى تؤذى مشاعر المصريين

the President of the Republic also warned to stop the media presentation of harmful scenes that are broadcast to the incidents in such a way that hurt the feelings of the Egyptians

ووجه بضرورة تنظيم الخطاب الدينى الإسلامى بالأزهر لتوجيه الشباب توجيها صحيحا نحو الخير وليس نحو الشر لتعديل مفاهيم وحقائق الإسلام.

He pointed out the need to organize the Islamic religious discourse in Al-Azhar to guide the youth to a good direction towards goodness rather than evil to modify the concepts and facts of Islam

ونشرت الجريدة الرسمية قرار الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى رقم 157 لسنة 2017، بإعلان حالة الطوارئ فى جميع أنحاء البلاد لمدة 3 أشهر اعتبارا من الساعة الواحدة من مساء  اليوم الاثنين.

The official newspaper published the decision of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi No. 157 of 2017, declaring a state of emergency throughout the country for a period of three months starting from one o'clock Monday evening.

ووفقا للقرار، تتولي القوات المسلحة وهيئة الشرطة اتخاذ ما يلزم لمواجهة أخطار الإرهاب وتمويله، وحفظ الأمن بجميع أنحاء البلاد، وحماية الممتلكات العامة والخاصة وحفظ أرواح المواطنين.

According to the decision, the armed forces and the police force will take the necessary measures to counter the threats and financing of terrorism, maintain security throughout the country, protect public and private property and save the lives of citizens.
