كشف تقرير الطب الشرعى في القضية رقم 8130 لسنة 2017 جنح بلقاس، المتهم فيها «إبراهيم. م»، 35 عامًا، عاطل، باغتصاب رضيعة يبلغ عمرها عامًا و8 أشهر، في القضية المعروفة إعلاميا بـ"طفلة البامبرز" أن الدكتورة رانيا محمد الدبري، الطبيب الشرعى، تلقت طلبا من النيابة العامة، بتاريخ 26 مارس الماضي بتوقيع الكشف الطبى على المجنى عليها الطفلة "جنا م".

An Egyptian prosecution has ordered a four-day detention of a 35-year-old man pending investigation into allegations that he raped a 20-month-old child in the Nile Delta governorate of Daqahliya, a case that has sparked anger in the country over the weekend, the child's lawyer Reda El-Danbouki said on Sunday.

 وذلك لبيان ما بها من إصابات وسببها وتاريخ وكيفية حدوثها والآلة المستخدمة في إحداثها، وعما إذا كان تعرضت لإيلاج قضيب ذكر بالغ في فرجها أو دبرها من عدمه، وكيفية حدوث الواقعة وفقا أي من التصويرين الواردين بمذكرة النيابة.

According to investigations, the suspect, who was the victim's neighbour, kidnapped the child on Friday as she was playing in front of her house in Belqas village, taking her to a secluded area and raping her.

وأكد التقرير أن مذكرة النيابة قالت: إن والدة الطفلة "جنا " وتدعى "نهى ص" قررت أنها بتاريخ 24 مارس الماضى وحال تواجدها بمنزلها لم تجد طفلتها سالفة الذكر والتي تبلغ من العمر عاما و8 أشهر، وعلى إثر ذلك خرجت للبحث عن نجلتها.

The child was later found by residents and taken to Belqas Central Hospital, where she received emergency surgery for vaginal bleeding.

According to the lawyer, the child was discharged from the hospital on Sunday to be examined by medical examiners ahead of a report to be submitted to the prosecution.

وتقابلت مع سيدة تدعى "رجاء ع" والتي أخبرتها بأنها شاهدت المتهم "إبراهيم م"-حاملا الطفلة على يده ودلف إلى غرفة بإحدى الأراضى الزراعية، ومكث معها نحو سبع دقائق تقريبا، وتناهى إلى سمعها صراخ الطفلة، وحضرت والدة المتهم عقب ذلك، واصطحبت الطفلة المجنى عليها إلى منزلها، وبالدلوف إلى المنزل سالف الذكر شاهدت نجلتها تنزف دماءً من موضع فرجها.

The suspect was arrested by police on the same day and has confessed to the crime.

"The defendant was previously a suspect in a murder case, and neighbours say he suffered from a sexual obsession," El-Danbouki told. 

وأضاف التقرير أنه باستجواب المتهم أقر بأنه حال وقوفه بالطريق العام وقت صلاة الجمعة شاهد الطفلة جنا أمام منزلها فحملها على يده وظلت الطفلة تبكي إلى أن اصطحبها إلى غرفة مهجورة (عشة) وحصر بنطاله عنه وحصر بنطالها عنها، واقترب منها وأولج مقدمة قضيبه الذكري بفرجها حال تواجد كل منهما في مواجهة الآخر على قدميه ووقوف الطفلة، وعقب ذلك أدخل إصبعه بفرجها وأصابها بنزيف حاد.

Shortly after the incident, it was reported that residents of the village attempted to burn down the house of the suspect, who lives alone.

وأكد التقرير أن الأوراق الطبية تمثلت في ملف مريضة صادر من مستشفى بلقاس المركزى يحمل اسم "جنا " يفيد بتاريخ دخولها 24 مارس ويؤخذ منها تقرير طبي يفيد الآتى: وصلت الطفلة المصابة جنا محمد السيد إلى مستشفى بلقاس المركزى يوم الجمعة 24 مارس الساعة الثانية ظهرا، حيث قمت بمناظرتها ووجدتها في حالة إعياء شديد.

"I still can't believe it. The child's mother is in shock, and we will do our best to ensure the suspect gets the death penalty," the lawyer said.

وبالفحص وجد أنها تعاني من نزيف مهبلي شديد نتيجة وجود جرح قطعى امتد ليشمل غشاء البكارة محدثا تهتكا كاملا به، وتم عمل الإسعافات الأولية، ونقلها لغرفة العمليات، وتحت تخدير كامل، وتم التحكم في النزيف وخياطة الجرح.

On Saturday, the National Council of Women's Daqahliya branch issued a statement calling for the maximum penalty against the defendant, with the council set to hold a meeting to discuss providing aid to the child and her family.

 وكشف تقرير الطب الشرعى من خلال مذكرة الرأى أنه مما سلف لم يتبين بظاهر عموم جسم المجني عليها الطفلة جنا محمد السيد (حال الكشف عليها) آثار أو معالم إصابة ظاهرة عامة خارج المنطقة التناسلية، كما تبين عن طريق فحص فرج المذكورة موضعيا وجود جرح حديث مُقضب جراحيا طوله نحو 4 سم، وينتهي قبل فتحة الشرج بنحو 1.5 سم.

The forensic report in case No. 8130 of 2017 revealed the offense of Belqas, accused of "Ibrahim. M, aged 35, who is unemployed, raped a 20 month-old baby girl in the case known as a Pampers child.

Dr. Rania Mohammed al-Dabri, the forensic doctor, received a request from the Public Prosecution on March 26 to investigate and sign an official medical report on The child "Jana M" the victim.

To determine the extent of the injuries, their causes, the date and how they occurred, the tools used to make them, whether they were subjected to the penetration of a male penis in her vagina or her back ass or not, and how the incident took place in accordance with any of the two photographs contained in the prosecution's memorandum.

The report said that the mother of the girl "Jana", called "Noha", decided that on last 24 March this year, she was at home and she did not find her child, who is 20 months old, and then she went out to search for her daughter.

She met with a woman called Raja, who told her that she had seen the accused Ibrahim M., who threw the child into his hand and went into a room in one of the agricultural lands. He stayed with her for about seven minutes. She heard the scream of the girl. The victim in his home, and she entered to the aforementioned house she watched her daughter bleeding from the position of her vagina.

The report added that, by questioning the accused, he admitted that he was stood by the public road at the time of Friday prayers, he saw the girl in front of her house and he carried her on his hand. The child remained crying until he took her to a deserted room and confined his pants out and confined her trousers out too. Each facing the other on his feet and the girl stood up, and then he inserted all his finger into her vagina and caused her a severe haemorrhage.

The report confirmed that the medical papers were in a patient file issued by Belqas Central Hospital, named "Jana", dated March 24. A medical report is to be issued stating that: I looked at her and found her in severe exhaustion.

The examination found that she suffered from severe vaginal bleeding due to the presence of a cut wound extended to the hymen, causing complete disfigurement. First aid was performed, transferred to the operating room and under full anesthesia. The bleeding was controlled and the wound was sewn.

The forensic medical report revealed through a memorandum of opinion that it is not clear from the previous face of the body of the victim, the child Janna Mohammed al-Sayyid (if detected) the effects or features of a phenomenon outside the genital area, It is about 4 cm long and ends before the anus at about 1.5 cm.

Perhaps it will be one of the most prominent crimes to be recorded in Egypt through history ... a crime not committed by the mindless or even cruel animal without mercy.
