ذكر موقع "لونوفل أوردر مونديال" الفرنسي أنه سيتم افتتاح كنيسة للشيطان في فرنسا في أكتوبر 2017.

وأثار خبر قرب موعد افتتاح هذه الكنيسة احتجاجات عارمة في الأوساط الدينية الفرنسية.

وأشار الموقع إلى أنه وحتى اليوم ليس لدى عبدة الشيطان في فرنسا سوى عدد قليل من المنتديات ومجموعات مناقشة يجري فيها تبادل معتقداتهم الإيمانية وقناعاتهم الدينية.

ولكن بفضل عريضة عممت منذ فترة طويلة على شبكة الإنترنت، وجمعت 236 ألف توقيع لصالح إنشاء الكنيسة الرسمية للشيطان على الأراضي الفرنسية، تم قبول المشروع من قبل السلطات المختصة المختلفة، حسب الموقع.

لا ذبائح

من جانبه، دافع مؤسس هذه الكنيسة التي تدعى "كنيسة لوسيفر الفرنسية"، جان لويس لودفيغ، عن عقيدته في مواجهة الانتهاكات.

For his part, the founder of this church, the "French Lucifer Church", Jean-Louis Ludwig, defended his faith in the face of violations.

وقال رداً على تصريحات رئيس لجنة تقييم ومراقبة الأديان في فرنسا قائلاً: "نحن ليس لدينا واعظ، ولا أحد هنا موجود كي يفرض علينا أسلوب التصرف أو العيش، نحن نفسح المجال أمام الناس كي يكتشفوا أنفسهم بحرية مطلقة ولكي يكونوا قادرين على النظر في المرآة وتقبل أنفسهم. العالم عاد علينا بالكثير من الكراهية، لذلك نحن وبكل بساطة نريد التعايش، فمذهب عبادة الشيطان ليس ألوهية، وأتباع هذا المذهب لا ينحنون أمام أي ألوهية كانت ولا حتى للشيطان، ولن تكون هناك ذبائح حيوانية"، حسب قوله.
