قال الشيخ إبراهيم منير، أمين التنظيم العالمي للإخوان في الغرب، إن تحقيقات بريطانيا حول الإخوان المسلمين لن تدين الجماعة، موضحًا أنه فوجئ بالإعلان البريطاني عن إجراء تحقيقات عاجلة.

وأكد منير، في اتصال هاتفي لـ"الشرق الأوسط" اللندنية، أنه من حق السلطات البريطانية أن تتخذ احتياطاتها للحفاظ على أمنها القومي، قائلًا: "لكننا نثق بأنها لن تتوصل لشيء يدين الإخوان"، نافيًا أن تكون السلطات البريطانية أو أجهزة الاستخبارات التابعة لها استدعت أحدًا من قيادات التنظيم العالمي للتحقيق.

واستبعد أمين التنظيم العالمي للإخوان مغادرة قيادات الجماعة في بريطانيا إلى دولة أخرى، مؤكدًا قوله: "نعيش منذ سنوات في دولة ذات قانون وحقوق إنسان، حتى لمن لم يحمل جنسيتها، وبالتالي فلا نية لدينا الآن لمغادرة البلاد التي ننعم فيها بالحرية".

كانت الحكومة البريطانية، قد أطلقت تحقيقًا في نشاط جماعة الإخوان المسلمين في المملكة المتحدة، بسبب القلق المثار حولها في البلاد خاصة بعد مغادرة عدد من قياداتها مصر وتوجههم إلى بريطانيا.

Said Sheikh Ibrahim Munir , Secretary of global regulation of the Muslim Brotherhood in the West, that the investigations Britain about the Muslim Brotherhood will not condemn the group , explaining that he was surprised by the announcement from the British urgent investigations .

Munir , in a telephone interview for " Middle East " of London , it is the right of the British authorities to take precautions to maintain its national security , saying : "But we are confident that it will not reach for something condemning the Muslim Brotherhood ," denying that the British authorities or the intelligence agencies have summoned one of the leaders of global regulation of the investigation.

He ruled Secretary of global regulation of the Brotherhood to leave the group's leaders in Britain to another state , stressing as saying : "We live for years in a state with law and human rights , even those who did not carry their nationality , and thus there is no intention for now we have to leave the country that we enjoy the freedom ."

The British government has launched an investigation into the activity of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United Kingdom , because of concerns raised around the country , especially after the departure of a number of the leaders of Egypt and heading to Britain .
